Very good experience....I take online appointment and next day I visited excise PIA road branch. My work completed within 15 minutes. All SOPs of covid 19 was followed and whole staff is very cooperative.

Very poor service, it takes more than 2 hours with long queues to pay token tax. One window for token tax with more than 50 people in line. The department and the ministry should be ashamed of the tax collection method they use to literally go out of their way to discomfort tax payers. You can see corruption as agents will charge you fee and get the process done in minutes. Its beyond understanding why online collection is not used because it will interfere with the corruption at these offices.

Very poor service. They dont send number plates thy dont send card. Its about 3 months back.

It is a clear picture of 3rd class officer shahi where no one can take his legal work without bribe. Even then, this department not inform clients about completion of work. After number of visits your work will done. It is surprising that in todays v busy and fast schedule, this important department is busy in insulting people and wasting time with doing nothing. So shamefull to all the heads, minister, secretary till peons of this bastared department. When you will enter in this office you will see every staffmember will looks like a greedy dog.
