Good branchStaff is goodJust take ur token and wait for turn.Though seating capacity is bit less. Parking is just in front. Too much rushy in mornings. Better go after 10 11 am.

I went with my spouse to adjust entries of family tree. Mostly the female staff is somewhat non-cooperative however, a middle aged thin individual in the afternoon shift despite flat refusal by female staff did extend his fullest cooperation and resultantly we got through with the intended task. At times patience and resolve yield far reaching goals.

Best experience in a sarkari daftar. Very co operative staff. Everything was done very quickly and in a very efficient way. They charge a few hundred rupees more than normal. But totally worth it.

Very Friendly Staff, comfortable sitting arrangements. If online system is working it will take half an hour hardly to apply for new nic, renewals, corrections and any kind of other NADRA services

Highly tech branch in lahore with advanced services. Costumer can apply for his/her national ID card or renewal of card. Apply for National passport. Apply for JV card which is great initiative for youngsters below 18. JV card is a smart chip card just like national chip identity card. The environment of this building is so good and staff is really helpful.

Reasonable service but too crowded especially from Covid point of view. Photocopy option should be available within the premises.
