I reviewed this after ordering the second time because i wanted to try some more dishes from the menu in order to write a true review here .! They changed their old name which was known as hsin kaung ! Its a Nice resturant and food i ordered was yummy but was so much frustrated about the soup as the first time i ordered tge quantity was only for two people so the manager told me that they are sorry about it and will compensate the next time i will order ! But when i ordered the next time after a while There was a butter papper sheet in the soup and when we pour the soup in the bowl it went in and while stirring it came up in the spoon !! Which was not at all acceptable . It never happened with the original resturant ! I directly spoke to the owner but he said it would be a part of a shopping bag in which food is stored but i sent him a picture as hewas not able to understand it . !! After i sent him the picture he did not respond to it at all !! which was such an absurd behaviour as this time they did another mistake a bigger one than before ! Really embarrasing infront of my guests!!I can not give full stars because during this pandemic they should be more cautious instead of being clumsy in their kitchen !! No excuse for bad food i believe ! Instead of correct it this is the second time they messed it up ! And then no notice about it other than calling for a review which was so disappointing ! If they are doing take-aways or deliveries they should consider that important as well not just the dine-in services !!!I called them and placed my order ! You can get it on food panda as well. I Ordered Chicken DrumSticks and Garlic Pepper fish !! These were nice .Delivery was on time without the delivery charges as i live near-by .Fish was cooked well and spicy !! It fish was a dry dish but was so balanced in spices !!Drumsticks were fried well , cleaned with no blood in the chicken !The person who took my order was also nice , not rude or bad behaviour !The second time i ordered main course and two starters that is butterfly prawns and chicken in paper bags !!But three things that put me off were , first i mentioned above !The second one was no sauce with the drumsticks and fish !! I mean no crackers as well that you get when you order starters !! And on top of it not a single tub of sauce ! Was very disappointing! I believe after spending so money on food they should atleast include a sauce in the order !!Thirdly , when i placed my order they mis-calculated the bill and told me the wrong bill with 200 Ruprees extra !!When The rider called us and told us the bill i was completely shocked .I called the resturant and asked them about the prices and he said wait i just check it again and when he checked he apologised that we mis-calculated ! Sorry your bill is less than that ! Which is utterly disappointing because it came to my mind as i saw the prices on food panda even though they are just for food panda and actuall resturant prices are also different as well. So guys ask for the bill when you place any order with the resturant. I did the math myself previously otherwise i would have paid the actuall bill they told me !!I believe they should be more carefull and vigilant regarding this issue not to repeat such mistakes in future!But other than these issues gravy and starters were okay.

The Food is Amazing and the prices are very reasonable as compared to other highly expensive restaurants. I recently went to Cathy Kitchen after the lock down, guys trust me each and every dish tasted super fresh and so yummy that you cant believe it. I am amazed at the management of hsin kunag they sure do know how to give the real authentic taste of Chinese cuisine.. Love itHighly recommend it .

Good taste with economical prices

Cathy Kitchen you rock, thank you so much for giving me and my friends such a wonderful Dinner experience. Your soup 19B was super duper tasty and fresh, chicken manchurian, chicken with chilly dry, woton noodles and those egg fried rice were also super finger licking delicious.Loved your food and Quality, would definitely come back to your restaurant.

Tried Schezuan Hot & Sour and Butterfly Prawns.Both items were good in taste and quantity.Not very expensive.Sitting arrangement is normal/ okay.
