Service is good but the counter girls are too rude. First you have to prove to a receptionist that you have a genuine issue with your phone. Pakistan does get third class support from these companies.

I broke my samsung A40 phone and googled for local samsung service centre and found this near johar town. Checked reviews and most of them were bad about front desk. However, they treated me nicely but since model.was not available in Pakistan,they could not fix it. Try your luck if you are a samsung user.

Got a chance to be at Samsung Service Centre for Battery Replacement on Cash. Management and Technical Staff was competent but Front Desk Staff was not much Professional. Company needs to capacitate and improve the Customer Care Section which is actually mishandling public at large

Absolutely pathetic. Note 8 Earpiece was not working. They said complete panel will b changed for 40000 as separate part not available.Went to local mobile repair shop. Got it fixed in 1500.

It took some time but they resolved my problem. Staff was very cooperative.

Great service. Visited at 11am, found the staff helpful who answered all questions professionally in detail. Got the phone screen changed in 2 hours and is working great.

Good , amazing facilities, you can available free refreshments ,like coffee ,tee etc, charging boxes also available with lock system.

On first visit experience was not good. It was 4pm and I wanted to get my cell back changed. Staff refused that they are closing at 5pm. Second time I had a good experience it hardly took 30min to change the back and 7000 rupees was cost. People seem to be friendly.

Issue was resolved in earliest possible time.

Even if you have a mobile out of warranty, they maximum take 1 day to fix it. Awesome service

Un professional the warranty claimed my a50 and scratched its back from in side and from the rigt top corner the backs crome colour was destroyed and when i asked whats this and they said kuch nahi hota is sa koy bat nahi and even the back was mis aligned and not closed properly even on that he said ap ko ya tang nahi kary ga kuch nahi hota then the agreed on chnging the back after i insisted and then the siad that it wil take 15 days for that and said that the imei will not be printed on the new back so that means my 55 thousand phone became 0 in value because they dont know how to work and they kept saying that nahi is sa kuch nahi hota even if the back is replaced they said it will not be effected but when i took it to the market i was offerd hardly 20 thousand because of them my phone became 0 in valu

Gave me wrong information about my Samsung tab. Not dependable in my view

They have everything available from samsung in pakistan. Store is very big and official people are working here. You purchase and claim your devices in warranty. Staff is veey trained and educated. They dont have any product if samsung that is not launched in pakistan like gear watch, wireless headsets.

They even didnt provid us panel of samsung s5 on price.it was not at aĺl a good travel.

Staff should be aware of the technology. They doesnt seems professional.
