This is a good store. It contains now variety compared to Model Town Metro. Staff here is extra cooperative. Cafe was only take away due to Covid.

Good service and quality products, but delivery time 24 hours is very very late, if some one purchase AC, washing machine, gas oven, etc big items they must send immediately with the customer on payment time and not delay upto 24 hours delivery time. This go bad name to Metro and its service.

The choice of product brands is limited in Metro DHA. It is better at Metro model town and best at Metro Tokhar Niaz beg. Staff, approach, parking is no problem

Retail services could not get more pathetic. Really bad experience. No one is there to assist with the products. Air conditioners are never working. Very poor line management and extremely slow POS counters. Employees at POS have a real laid back attitude and their work behaviour is ridiculous

My go-to supermarket to shop. Its not too crowded other than weekends. The deals are good and the own-brand products range is really good and economical as compared to branded products. The staff is very courteous. However, the fruits and vegetables are not that fresh. The parking is free and quite spacious.

The management is so pathetic that they even dont let you check the electronics because I purchase the led from there and they said this is 4k but it was not... Today again I went to metro to buy another led and they said if it says that its a 4k led then it will be... I mean atleast let me check the led with my 4k device because they dont have it.. but after some discussion I went back home because they refuse to let me check the led with my own device... I dont want to give either 1 star but there is no option...

Very good place for groceries. Ample parking space with a little play area for kids. However cosmetics section has been a huge disappointment. Too few products in cosmetics. Some of the very renowned brands are missing and it is not just about brands, even the products of frequent use are missing. But again, you wont find anything missing if you go for groceries.

I have found many Electronics and kitchenware items are at company maximum allowed profit rates , while in open market 15 to 35% discount can be easily bargained depending on your purchasing skills.Main advantage which I saw is under one roof my family could compare different items.Meat shop is good but not better than zenith.
