A lot of things need to be improved no cleaning dust and dirt is everywhere there be a proper public rest rooms in the Bus stand for free of Cost building where the buses stops is so old its needs to be renewed a good thing there is small park there in the bus stand which us good people can sit on the grass but management also needs to be improved

General bus stand is now improved in respect to fresh water availability for passengers. Buses are quite better quality from daewoo to Yutong.There is massive traffic inside general bus stand that needs to be resolved soon as possible. Hopefully in near future this bus stand will be shifted to some open area.

There should be list of contact numbers of all bus or coaster for all stations so, easily contact to respective bus station. Due to this reason passengers get info in one touch and easily mange their tour or trip to call bus station and make booking no need to visit station just for booking. Hope so, some will take initiative to make this. Thank you in advance

A dirty place. The transporters here dont stick to their time table. They often tell lies when you ask them about their departure time. Most buses are too dirty.

It is very rushy, noisy and polluted place. It is is one of major cause to damage and destroy the beauty of nearby King Fort and the glorious Badshahib Masjid. Therefore, in order to protect our histotical heritage, it must be removed from here and shifted to some other place outised the main city.
