Much crowded but best eye hospital. Services are totally free for poor and non affording people but if you are rich you can pay by donating money to hospital. Doctors are very nice and state of art machinery. Almost every procedure is performed here. Mostly cases are done on outdoor basis.

Very helpful for poor people who cant afford expensive treatments of private doctors and hospitals. Very well managed but still need lot of improvements. Beside all positive things staff behavior is too rude. They behave and treat to people like treating animals. They are a trust Hospital and all staff should be polite, humble and sympathetic to patients and their attendants. I think staff is also over burdened but still this cant be taken as excuse.

Worst place to checkup eyes. This hospital operated by some NGO and they only concerned about quantity not quality. Because it is free, so they considered that they have right to treat patients like animals. Their first tea break is at 9.30 while having maximum number of patients. All the patients wait for the end of tea break. After tea break, some patients are referred for glas number on first floor, then their tea break started at 10.30.

I am writing on the bases of my experience and observation . There is no doubt this is one of the best eye hospital and treatment is best ,doctor are experienced . but sorry to say the behavior of the staff is very humiliating. they treat even worse then animals ,the language thy use that really need improvement . actually they need training how to treat people of different age. their behavior and treatment with the people shows that no one is there to answer from them .Staff is very RUDE.

The work these guys are doing is commendable. They treat every eye patient free for his illness.The place is open for general public so expect very very long queues and waiting in hours. Doctors are good so thats a relief.
