I really liked the place. It had a compelling ambiance. Besides the food was great. Every flavour was popping up. Even the blanched vegetables made my day. I must say Cafe Nataliya has really great chefs. I will definitely visit again.

The hi-tea is good. Lots of thing to choose from, I especially liked the desserts section of the buffet. The restaurant has a cozy welcoming feel to it. Their cakes are one of the best Ive ever had in Lahore. Its a good place for a celebration but do keep in mind that they wont allow the helium balloons inside for security reasons. Enjoy!

Italian was quite good , But sweet was not. Brownees were so hard a knife cannot cut through. Grate ambience though

A nice little niche of a restaurant that deserves more visibility! Their food quantity and quality, are both exceptional. I found the place to be sophisticated and yet comfortable.

Review is based on their hi tea. It offers a good variety and most of the items tasted great. Free refills for mint margarita is a plus for many. Price of hi tea is similar to other places in this category.

You may find the yellow building a bit of a turn off like I did at first :D but the food is to die for! Not to mention their stunning cakes. Definitely a great place to take someone for a luxurious meal.

Very pleasant place to dine. The staff is very cooperative and well mannered . The quality of food is excellent. The establishment take care of customers wholeheartedly. The place is very hygienic and strictly follows rules and regulations of Food Authority.

Their high tea was not up to the mark. Very limited dishes n taste is just fine. Then I was expecting to have something good in desserts as they are specifically known for cakes etc however nothing was as such good in desserts as well ... Disappointed.

Had Hi Tea (Buffett) with my friends. Menu is good, something for everyone. Wonderful meal and perfect staff/customer services. The restaurant had a good atmosphere and modern decor. Menu is easily available on the internet. Must TRY!

Very bad environment no Air conditioning in the sitting area too hot inside to sit. No customer service here. no credit card facility available. Very bad experience here as the cake is too late and it is too hot to sit and wait for the cake. Its batter to wait in your car. Imagine the hot weather outside 46°c and then this sun faces cafe with no Air conditioning system at all so temperature inside is raise upto 60°c which is totally not bearable. Very worst experience and very costly as well

Went for Ramadan Iftar buffet. The food and drinks werent served in time. Coke was warm. The taste was awful. I am not a fan of giving a 1 star review but Cafe Nataliya wasnt worth it at all.

This is best place for buffet lunch and sitting lounges really comfortable to be at this place.

When entering the place, the decor is really great. While we did not try the desserts, you can clearly see the forte is its dessert directory. The savory food we tried is ok, but nothing out of the ordinary that will blow your minds. Pricing is like other hotels on MM Alam Road.

Had an experience for iftar buffet. They’re clearly noob at arranging buffets. The few factors that add to this are:1. Congested buffet space2. Poor management; couldn’t get the food from buffet from buffet tables because it was crowded with men.3. FOOD WAS TASTELESS. The core to any good food taste is seasoning. I couldn’t even find good seasoning in any of their dish. In other words, bimaaroun wala khana.4. Another example of poor management was that they were incompetent to fill the empty food dishes with food on time. Had to wait 5-10 minutes for few food items.Overall, bad experience. This was my first time here so I am not sure if they have the same food quality for their Ala carte menu.

So yeah the place is pretty and all inside but a perfect example of superficial beauty... The food came after aaageeesssss when we had almost lost hope... Any further orders were veryyy difficult to get through to the waiters and even then they were mostly either forgotten or not bothered about... The food in itself was just okay but the portion was mini... The three of us were still hungry after finishing our meals... I dont know why did we order desserts but Even after we did some 30 minutes later we went to tell them to cancel n they cancelled it before we even finished telling them to!!! The bill was at par with Arcadian or zouk though.. all in all a pathetic experience! Totally not recommended!!!

Nice place yummy food

Used to be my go-to dessert place but the quality isnt the same anymore. Their nutella bread pudding was my favourite once with its rich, concentrated nutella sauce and now you can hardly taste any nutella in it and its way too sweet. The savoury items are also below average now. They literally emptied a bag of Doritos with hardly any dressings when we ordered their nachos. The rest was also ordinary.

The order was served wrong and they didnt change it even after complaining about that. Then while we were having a discussion among ourselves a waiter comes up and gives us the bill (indirectly asking us to leave) even when there wasnt any rush at all.Hated this place. Would never recommend it to anyone

My first time here at cafe Nataliya... stars in the daylight, great ambiance, good music choice, comfortable sitting. ordered morrocon chicken from poultry section of main course, it was yummm, veggies were a bit more saltish but good with mild spicy taste... and ordered ginger lemonade, which was average but ok... waiting on dessert... will let you know more

Unappetizing, from bad prawns to soggy burger buns to unnecessary and underwhelming garnish.Plus was that they obliged readily to change fishy prawns but the replacement was not nice either.
