I visited EAST for Hi-Tea and it was a an amazing experience. The quality of food is so good and the ambiance is just on point. Furthermore their services are outstanding. Highly recommend this restaurant for Hi-Tea.

A few days back I got a chance to visit the east Chinese in Gulberg !!!The whole ambiance of the restaurant was really good it has the indoor and outdoor sitting according to your mood ️ also the outside area is best for pictures decorated with fairy lights and relaxed sofa chairsComing towards food !!!I ordered appetizers and soup first following the main course and dessert,ʜᴏᴛ ᴀɴᴅ ꜱᴏᴜʀ ꜱᴏᴜᴘIt was served with fish crackers.8 /10ᴄʜɪᴄᴋᴇɴ ᴅʏɴᴀᴍɪᴛᴇI must say the best thing from the whole menu !!! I could have it more and more before the main menu :DThe taste of the sauce on the taste buds was very pleasing, I could feel the spiciness and sweet savor !!!The presentation was really good 10/10ᴛʜᴀɪ ʙᴀꜱɪʟ ᴄʜɪᴄᴋᴇɴFrom the main menu, I selected Thai basil chicken with fried rice, the chicken seasoning was like a mixture of sweet and spice !!!I liked the taste and if one has to eat spicy in the category of Chinese go for Thai basil !!!9/10ᴄʜᴏᴄᴏʟᴀᴛᴇ ᴄᴀᴋᴇ ᴘɪᴇᴄᴇ ᴡɪᴛʜ ɪᴄᴇ ᴄʀᴇᴀᴍIt was average in taste !!! Loved the food, ambience and service. Everything was just perfect. Specially there specially soup was so yum. Food here is a bit spicy according to the taste of lahories but the spice is not too bad. It gives food a different taste which is amazing.

Yummy food, cool atmosphere and extremely pleasant staff.. I enjoyed my visit there we had a bridal shower there and the staff was very compromising in giving us some extra time to enjoy our selves..

I have been to the restaurant numerous times but never in the rushy days like we dis today. They didnt meet the set expectations today, i visited with my 5 friends (who came to Lahore from another city), one of the female staff (on the reception) of the restaurant assured that we can wait on the seats placed outside but after like 10 minutes when i asked them to dry the tables placed open air and wet, a male staff (dont know who) refused to accommodate us. It was an embarrassing moment for me to take my guests to another restaurant. Avoid the place in rushy days like winter and specially a rainy day like today.

Among the best Chinese experience in Lahore. Excellent ambiance, great food quality and taste, extremely humble and friendly service makes it a perfect choice. The serving size is also good. It is however recommended to communicate the server about the spice level desired for your family. The Thai recipes are good for the people sought more spices.

Idiotic CS, called three times to make sure my order is ready for pick up! When reached after 35 mins, got an answer to wait another 20 mins outside n your order will be ready. Use to be my goto for dine inns. Not any more. Stupid Costumer service!

We did reservations for birthday decor.. And seriously taste was superb and the staff and manager shahyar behavior simply great all staff was very polite and cooperative thumbs up..

Tonight dinner at East Chinese n Thai on MM Alam road Lahore. Menu was long as i ordered Egg Fried rice, sweet n sour chicken, beef in oyster sauce, East special soup, Tempura prawns, chowmein. Prawns were excellent in taste. Rice n chicken taste was above average. My ratings for this chinese food are 7/10. It is recommended from me.

We had weekend dinner buffet there and it was amazing. All traditional Chinese dishes alongwith sushi and Thai green curry made our day. From salads, soup, prawn tempura to bread pudding, brownies in deserts all were yummy. Its only authentic Chinese buffet in town. On top of it rates at 1295/- + tax were reasonable. Highly recommended!!

Overall it was a good experience. The environment was nice and behaviour of the staff was very professional. I experienced hi tea at east in the time slot of 1 to 3. They have three time slots 1 to 3, 3 to 5 and 5 to 6.30 for hi tea buffet. The food was average although the variety was good but the taste of food was average. They also had a handsome variety of deserts but most items were tasteless. Recommended for official meetings I guess where professional environment matters most

In love with the food and especially with the interior of the restaurant. They have their halls named after different cities of China (like Beijing Hall etc.) Their kung pao fish was an absolute delight & not to forget the yummiest honey wings ever!A must go to place for all those Lahoris out there

I had my dinner here. I went here today 4 December 2019. I was with a group of 8 people, two of them were Chinese.We choosed this restaurant for our Chinese friends. We disappointed after seeing that as per their name, it was not a real Chinese restaurant.Over all Restaurant was expensive.Environment was good.Cleanness was very good.Food quality was average.Quantity was also low as compared to price.Giving 3 star for because of cleaning and environment only.

Had hi-tea buffet on 09.nov.2019.Nice ambience, good quality food with hygiene and well mannered staff. Fried rice were not good. Prawan tempura and chicken batter fillets were also not good. Remaining everything was absolutely tasty.

Nice ambiance but food taste is not good they really need to work on taste and presentation... Prawn where looking like snails they where so small dont put something if you cant afford it.

***There are better options for an high tea out there***So went here for last day Hi tea get together of colleagues. We all were on time but still had to wait 10 min for the previous session to finish (Not a big issue). After a hot afternoon drive complimentary welcome drinks were late even though we booked in advance (Not an issue). So the Food was nothing special At all I mean there wasnt even one memorable main or side which were also very limited (Big Issue).Nice ambiance with courteous staff (Plus).125ml drink 145 insane (disappointed).All in all i enjoyed my time but East had nothing to do with it

It was an absolute pleasure to be there with my family for their Hi-tea. They have such good service & the attention to detail was very fine. The food was brilliantly done & the very friendly staff made the experience even more worthwhile. The friendly servers, managers & supervisors took care of every need that arose. I sincerely hope that this level of service is sustained & should he taken as a benchmark for other food outlets around.

The restaurant is located slightly away from the hustle bustle of the main college road. The place was well maintained and the staff was clean and efficient. The dinning gall was small but accomadated well with variety of food. Seating halls were reasonable. Lunch menu had finger fish, prawns, several Chinese and continental dishes. Two types of soups and different confectionery items as sweet dish. Welcome drink was great with seasonal touch of mango juice. Very ecnomical with 900 with tax for one person lunch buffet. Good place to go with family and have a light food.

It was quite nice, I tried Hi-tea there I think there are things or two which could have been added in the menu specially some beef and fish related dishes however rest most of the main course was well cooked
