Has taken them a month to dispatch a pret dress for which they charged thrice the amount of regular courier service. Horrible customer service. Who would want to wear a winter dress in summer? Learn to ship on time so that people can benefit. If you are charging the customers in advance then also learn a thing or two from other brands who still offer COD and are way more professional.
Horrible customer service! Highly unprofessional! The designer will not speak to you directly, even if you are dropping a million rupees. Not up to standards with high end designers. Dont waste your money!
Poor customer service.They charge you in advance for the orders and then take forever to deliver them. To top it all their non-existant customer service never responds to the queries regarding orders.
I ordered from their casual pretty collection recently and had an amazing experience. I had an international order and the parcel was delivered within four days after it was shipped from Lahore. Extremely amazed by the quality and stitching of the outfits I ordered. Customer service is amazing and will definitely order from Suffuse again. Recommending this brand to everyone out there.
Horrible Customer Services . I ordered my 2 pret dresses on 18th of November 2020 , but couldn’t receive yet (4-January-2021) . What if I have to wear them with in the one month after order . They keep on saying u will receive this weekend , but all in vein . 2 weeks are more than enough for any product delivery . All services are open here , they giving such a pathetic customer services . .

I had a stellar Bridal experience here. Scherry was easy to work with, available and I wasnt even a *major* client as far as $$$ is concerned. Outfit was delivered on time and the dupatta that had some issues initially was shipped back to them & was sent again pretty quickly. I recommend them and their Aab e Zaar + Luxe collection to all

The most worst experience i have ever had on online shoppingonline shopping is supposed to be easy it is such a nightmare to shop with them ,and even after complaining to them they did not apologise ,really disgusted by their poor low standard service.

Our due date for Bridal was Nov 20th, received it on Jan 2nd after repeated mistakes by the designer. The dress went completely wrong at first when the color ordered was water pink but received beige. Dupatta & Dress color didnt match. They made a new one, then again difference in color. Side zip repeatedly got broken. On top of all the mistakes the staff said a week before that you can cancel the order if you dont like. My advise never go to such designers who place their incompetent staff as store managers and never bother to visit the shop. What a disaster it was, worst experience ever. I would never recommend this designer even designers from liberty does not do such careless mistakes repeatedly. We expect perfection and professionalism from designers and not rude behavior. when they are wrong themselves.

Not recommended. Staff is very very rude,they really don’t know how to retain their customers. They only deal with those people who are highly rich or celebrities.
Im a 24 year old male along with my fellow male relatives and nieces who are 2 and 6 years old . We werent allowed inside and were forced to sit outside in heat as our bhabis shopped. Unacceptable not coming here again that is if i can help it
I gave measuremnts for custom order from canada they sent me the dress with wrong measurements and also their online service is highly unreliable they reply u after 10 messages and leave u on read. Customer service is extremely poor and so is their stitching. I clearly mentioned about lining as well which they didnot bother reading . Also i paid them online but the order didnot go through untill a week later after i messaged them on 2 different numbers and tbey had to manually do it. Will not recomment to anyone.
