Worst experience. Paid 10k for rushed delivery from Dubai to Lahore only to have the package on hold in Lahore for 5 days. Called customer service 10 times only to hear a different answer every time. The night shift guys would just lie to you. The tracking number says package denied by owner. Uh , no one came to my door, nobody called me. What kind of courier company has a delivery driver that doesn’t even try to deliver the package. It’s shocking that you guys are still in business.

Very very bad service, dont recommended in any case. If they are serving free of cost still dont use them.Parcel is out for delivery since 3 days and CSR said they are unable to contact rider.Once sent a international parcel and they took 20 days to deliver, even Pakistan post service is better than this pathetic company. Their management is useless no customer care at any level.This company should be banned.

If you want to destroy your successful business, simply select This company as your logistic partner and they will do the destruction free of cost.Recently opened up a COD Account with them, and soon we realised that our business will very soon destroyed if we keep doing business with them.Thanks God, we discontinued.

We choose this courier service to expand our business but our online business almost destroyed by their unfair delivery charges. They charged 700 RS for 1.25 kg to us. When we tried to complain they behaved very unprofessionally. Too bad experience.

Don’t use this courier. I was meant to receive the shipment by 17th but even today on the 29th, it isnt here. I keep calling their office who don’t even acknowledge that its late or applogize but insist that i need to wait.
