Their few workers was not working professionally.. Specially their lady who is doing threading eyebrows and upper lips.. Her elbow was pressing my head (i never experienced such type of angle during threading in any salon) and her hand was too much hard as it left 5-6 cuts on my face or my sisters... Their services was really slow they cant attend 5-6 customers at a time as they forgot to remove bleach from my hands and feet which results swear infection on my skin.. As compare to this i recommend their behria town branch their makeup artist was amazing..Not satisfied with lakecity branch..

Sonia did a great job with my Jenson facial, but I got my nails done from sone other girl which was not that good. 4 stars for sonia, but because of nails m not giving 5 stars.
