No doubt jewellery here is AWESOME..... but the staff here was very rude and misbehaving all the time....VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE... 0 STAR FOR THE STAFF AND THE MANAGER... KINDLY IMPROVE MANNERS IN YOUR STAFF!!!

Can’t believe the A plus quality. Everything was perfect from inception of queries to placement or order to delivery at door step. And went above and beyond on customer service. Willing to make changes and bend over backwards for their customers. Can’t believe this type of Great service was available here in Pakistan. Normally shop keepers cannot be held on their words this was not the case.

I went there a day ago and wallah they have a very beautiful outlet and hundreds of designs to choose from for every ocassion. I went to buy something for my friends bridal shower and they show me everything litteraly everything without any hesitation . Very professional staff and their owner was although very young but very down to earth and polite. Lovr their jewellery.
