Shame on you guys . Several times I have provided you with my Full Name, Address & Phone Number. (Please kindly see above) Also, how can I believe or trust after what Saira Shakira’s Team has done to me over the period of Several Months!!!! Please send my REFUND through Western Union (that can be transferred Conveniently) its a safe & easy way. When Amir wanted the Full amount, I did send through the same method of transfer. Every day Saira Shakira’s Team has some New accuse or New Message.....saying...Oh! We are sending money!!!! NO REFUND. Now Suddenly you have a New Plan to make me WAIT for MY REFUND & Don’t Know for how long!!! This is getting Ridiculous!!!You guys are really shameful. I have to really talk to my lawyer now because its a high time and i need my money back.

Saira Shakira, I have been Extremely disappointed with your team, and I wanted to inform you that, Your Customers Service is Extremely horrible!!! Your Team is InCompetent & Not Trustworthy!!! Amir, your brand manager is the biggest disappointment for customers & for your company. I Did Not received my outfit in March 2019. Amir was supposed to REFUND my Payment for the amount of $2,000 (Canadian dollars). It has been Four (4) months that I haven’t received Any REFUND!! Your Team keeps on Promising but Unfortunately NO ACTION!! NOW....they don’t even pick up the phone & NO Apology from your end!! It’s SAD to know that’s how you treat your customers!!Your Team Stole my money!!! I need to Know ASAP when my REFUND will be Processed!!!!

Very poor customer service

Do not purchase anything from Saira Shakira. They send damaged, old clothing and charge an arm and a leg for it. No wonder Pakistan cant succeed with crooks and frauds like these people. @sairashakira

We dropped in an emergency hunt for a dress. was totally disappointed by the behaviour of those two ladies busy chatting on a couch, least bothered and not interested in even assisting customers!

Shes a fraud, they alter oders .. kindly keep the samples when receiving orders.
