Visited after quite some time. ordered cheese stuffed chicken alongside Mexican breakfast followed by waffle. All the items tasted great. thoroughly enjoyed the food. ambiance was great. a great English breakfast place!

DELICIOUS! TOO GOOD! The taste is absolutely spot on. Their Hot Chocolate Cookie Skillet is top notch. I just couldnt resist eating it. Rest of the stuff we ordered was above par too. Service needs to be better. Seating area is sufficient and ambience is good. Lighting is a little too dim for my taste. Experience was totally worth it.

One of those rare Lahore cafes that open at 8.00 AM and serve breakfast. The food is decent, staff helpful and the decor of the place is becoming. In future, I would want to see more options on the menu, improved taste and - hey - surprise me with something outstanding next time and Ill become a permanent patron! :)

Didnt understand the decor and the accompanying music, thought it would be in sync. However dont let that take away from the food, which was good. I tried the English, herbal and desi breakfast together with French toast, the taste was sublime. To give an example, the English breakfast comes either with brown or white bread, I tried the brown version, and boy was the toast crispy. A pity the sausages were sourced instead of home made and there was a token fried tomato and half a mushroom. But overall a good experience, even though the waiters roamed around with fly swatters.

I would love to go there everyday and try every food item they are serving. Tried the steak and it was really good. Loved the ambiance too.

Closed in Ramadan, opens around 6pm. Tried mint margarita (Rs 150-250), oreo chiller was (Rs250-300) and cold coffee (500 or so). All three were nice. A good quantity and compartively economical as compared to other places. Interior is BEAUTIFUL. 10/10 for the ambiance.

Went there to eat breakfast and was not disappointed! Food was really good. The server gave us really nice recommendations on what to eat. The only downside was the wait was pretty long. About 20-25 min even though there was only 2 tables filled up (one was mine)The taste was really good of the eggs I ordered. It was very filling and enjoyable. The hashbrowns had a nice taste and crunch to it. The bread was nicely baked and provided to us. The cappuccino tasted really good as well. Overall liked it a lot!- Halal Bites

Urban steak breakfast was yummy. English breakfast and Desi is also good.

Tried their Stuffed Chicken and Moroccan Chicken. Their Stuffed Chicken was just too bad. It was too hard that it was difficult to even cut it with a proper knife. Also their was nothing special stuffed inside. The only good thing was the sauce on top. Their Moroccan chicken was yummy tough. It was worth it and I may try it again.

I don’t usually put negative comments about something because I know it’s takes a lot of effort to build a business or name, But I see other reviews & they are consistent with their bad (I dont care about customer) behavior & not fresh food.There was a lady kinda rude or maybe she was fed up of her job.I tried their Fried Rice & Cashew-Nut Chicken, It was not fresh at all & the sandwiches were cold & hard & the grill steak in them was not even fresh.I would highly not recommend this place, You may find better options than this.

Great portions of food and the taste was quite good too. The waiter was very nice and suggested we cut down our order because it was too much. Very rare nowadays. However, service was very very slow, not just the food, also the bill.

Cozy af place. Id like to sit here alone and just reminisce while having those waffles.Id recommend that they increase their quantity of food though. I had Alfredo fettuccine and it was less in quantity in comparison to price in my opinion.

I would give this place zero if i could. I came here from far to check out this place. When i arrived at the restaurant we were seated and then waited 20 mins for someone to come get our order, no one did. After, when i went up to give me order she was rude and acted like she didn’t care. Either way, I gave my order and sat down at the table. Two minutes later i hear her and another person arguing loudly about their personal drama and she was using bad language. The people there don’t care about anything and will ignore their customers. I paid for my water that I ordered and left. I would NOT recommend this place at ALL.

Had breakfast here. Took willy wonka waffle and it was up ti the level of chocolate i needed ! 3 stars for that! / “EDITED” (now after a year or more) i went back for desserts and coffee evening and morning times; with my family and fiancé and was very satisfied! The whole dessert list is a 10 on 10!

I liked the ambiance and the food. They have really good and economical deals going on right now. But the food is a bit too spicy for my palette. I ordered chicken chilli dry and thai cashew nut chicken. And hot and sour soup. All of these things were a bit too spicy. If u want mild spices you gotta tell them beforehand.

Went there for breakfast and it was a horrible experience. Food was not even fresh instead there was some weird kind of smell. Unappetizing while service was too casual and poor. They used to have much better food a few years back but now its all gone. Utterly disappointed.

4 stars considering its price. If its prices were near those of its competitors, Id give 3 or maybe 2. I tried stuffed chicken and alfredo pasta. Alfredo pasta was tasty but the stuffed chicken had a flat taste. It was like I was eating masoor ki daal with a boneless chicken boti. Ambience is average. Though theyve decorated the place nicely, its gloomy and poorly lit. The staff was good, however.

I always used to give Urban Cafe five * everywhere but lately, the quality of service is coming down. Its something that feels cheap, to be honest. They used to serve a nice little bowl of fruit with 3 or 4 fruits, in real oj. Then they started serving only apples, in pineapple juice (Nestle, is my guess). Today, there were two apple slices placed next to breakfast sausage, and garnished with fresh parsley. Who sprinkles parsley on apple, or puts fruit next to sausage?Additionally, whats up with half a mushroom? Like, seriously? Id prefer 2 or 3 small ones instead than one thats halved. Theyve removed turkey bacon and beans from the fare but those two are still on the menu.Come on, guys! Dont do this. These things may save you maybe 100/platter but disappoints those whod pay more gladly provided the cost cutting doesnt involve such cheap measures. You are a class act. Please dont stop acting like it.

The food is good. They also give some popcorn during your waiting time to well...kill time. I tried their pasta (cant remember which one) and it was a good sized serving for the price the product offered. Its generally empty and I would say they are overstaffed. The staff doesnt have much to do so they just linger around you and stare. If youre okay with that then this would be a great place to visit. Overall, I would say it is nearly 1k per head, but its a good deal.

Food is delicious, ambience comfortable...

They have recently change their location which was confusing in the beginning. They serve lunch menu during early breakfast hours, which is great. They have access staff because every few minutes somebody would come and over to clear up the table. The place was not busy as I went around 10 am on weekday. Other than frequent intrusion of staff the cisit was nice as menu had great options.

For ambiance and taking pics it was good but food was pathetic .. orders piza fries they had no strings of cheese but rather they have sogy piza fries .. cordon blue was so Less .. like seriously its had a serving of a baby !! Mint Margarita was bad with bad herbs because it had bitter after taste and dont even ask about the pasta !!! It was made with chicken cubes I gues .. it had no taste at all !! Only water helped me out if this trauma

10Jan2020: Ordered a sandwich to go. They put coleslaw on top of the sandwich and fries. Who does that?This is terrible service and definitely not what Id expect from a place Ive been a loyal fan of since it opened.I demoted it from my usual 5* to 2*.

Excellent place. Great food. Service was a bit slow, other than that food was good. They have many options in deserts and the deserts were excellent.

Food just was OK. Coffee was terrible. Location was to reach the cafe was not easy plus parking was a concern issue you have to use valet parking guess what right infront of the outdoor sitting you ll find a college or school facing you, Indoor environment is good but if you like out door weather. Its not worthy to spend money at this place.

Loved the place and pictures and photographs there. Food was also good. Just instruct the waiter to take extra care of hygiene while cooking.

Very bad service. Air conditioning was not working. Slow service. Food taste was not good. Brownie was good because the ice cream they were using was from an ice cream company that changes the taste. otherwise waste of money. No receipt at the end. I happen to saw old reciepts at the counter. No Sales tax number.. I feel like they are avoiding tax.. They didnt gave me a reciept bcoz may be they think i will post it on internet. That was the first and last time to Urban cafe.

Good comfortable place for hangout and have a decent meal. Although a bit pricy but a nice environment with pan American and fast food choices you can never go wrong. Do give it a try.

Simply Pathetic.... The food is not worth the money. The ambiance is Ok, but the waiting time kills you. We ordered two burgers, chicken and beef. both were pretty average with soft patties and not distinguished from burgers taken from a thela... Chips were too oily and did not seem fresh.

Ive been there once with my friends, and quite honestly we enjoyed it a lot. The ambiance was great, cant say much about the time wait cuz we werent exaxtly paying attention to it but the service was in good time. The staff did come up once or twice to see if everything was okay. Being on a student budget () it was a little expensive but i have to say worth it... over all very enjoyable ...

Overrated, Poor Service and lying staff.I have been visiting there since they started there business when it was Yoglicious.On my last 4 visits every time I face a new kind of problem with there food, careless lying staff or service cant mention here every blunder.But being a loyal customer I went there again and on my last and final visit was with some important guests only two other tables were occupied I was made to wait for literally an hour with continuous reminders to waiter and manager for the ice cream order for all.Ended up served with melted ice cream soup and yes wrong order for all. Asked for chocolate flavor again and ended-up with coffee flavor and your staff telling me in from of my guests Sir the flavor is LIGHT CHOCOLATE sir app ko nahi pata.
