They have closed down their multiple floor restaurant and now operating from a single floor. Traditional food is good in taste. Ambiance is now okayish, used to be really good. Overall nice place to dine out.

The place was great with same consistency as with the other gourmet restaurants. Ambiance and decor was spot on, absolutely amazing. The food was great too and the dessert was simply out of the world (it was caramel pastry).The only issue was related to staffing and management. There is no one to guide to parking and no proper reception i.e. we went straight to 2nd floor and it was empty they atleast shouldve put a notice of its closure.Secondly, under staffing which is a serious issue with all gourmet restaurants.

We have had my brothers engagement ceremony and dinner at Bon Vivant Palais Restaurant in Gulberg, Lahore and I would say they have the most pathetic costumer service ever. We had Huge gift boxes that needed to be carried to our tables and the guy at the reception simply refused to listen to us and arrange for help who could support us in carrying those baskets on the 1st floor. We were all women in the family and didnt want the groom to carry 20kg shagun boxes. They literally embarrassed us infront of our guests and when I asked for the manager he was rude and did not even know the basics of costumer service. This was such an important event for us and they had ruined all our moods just when we entered the venue. Never recommending the place for events.

Food was nice I used to like going to riwaity restaurant. but now with the change its like a disco bar the music so loud. I dont think I would go there again

It is seldom that I give any place a five-star rating but then Bon Vivant Palais deserves that. Excellent Chinese and Thai food in town with very good serving size. The serving size of every dish caters two people at the price of one. The food is very delicious with just the right amount of spice, which they can toggle as per your liking. The staff is courteous and the parking was available. Very clean washrooms and nice decor with dim lighting. I am definitely coming back here again.

They have 2 parts.... We went to the cafe...4 out of 5 dishes we ordered were pretty delicious.. Hence the rating 4/5 stars...Environment is quite beautiful, ambiance is on point and their rates are relatively lower than other fancy cafes....So all in all... Been there for aftar twice. Overrated and over priced for the stuff they serve.Even after repeating the specific requirements for a dish twice, still served the wrong one(steak)and then the waiter did the usual, Sir, theyll put it on me, itd be really helpful if you dont complain and order for a replacement.

The food is delicious. I usually dont eat beef but I tried their beef dish which was cooked quite superbly. Everyone else also loved their food. It tasted fresh. Its a great place to go with the family. Its not super expensive but its not cheap either. Definitely give it a go.

We booked a hi tea for around 160 people. They arranged it on a separate floor for us. There were no parking issues as they have got few basements for that purpose. The hall was very spacious so it didn’t look crowded at all. The arrangements were good. The food offered was hot and fresh. They were quickly replenishing the dishes. Since its located a bit off from other eateries, its not that busy. However i would recommend it if you are looking for a nice place to dine out with family

Unique and exquisite restaurant in the city. Place is consist of fours.Each has a unique atmosphere, identity, and food e.g first floor serves Pakistani foods, 2nd continental, 3rd Chinese and Thai etc. Traditional foods and their way of serving is superbly maintained here. I am sharing here the menu of Pakistani foods. Moreover, if you are going to arrange a friends party or birthday of your loved ones, just give this place a try and aroma around the place will certainly make that event special.

One particular i disliked, they font have any idea what exactly is a chinese dumpling. I went there especially for it and what they serve was zingered prawn balls, upon inquiry they said its thr way we serve. No, that dish you serve isnt supposed to be called dumpling. Anyhow, riwayat food was good. Not exceptional pasta. Sea food wasnt fresh, it smelled.

Absolutely amazing place. Different sections for Desi and Continental food. Been there many times and never had a complain from them. The prices are normal but the taste is in forgettable. You can amend the recipe a little as per your choice and make the food according to your choice. A variety of cakes, ice creams, shakes and coffees are also there to make your dine in more special. They also have introduced a breakfast buffet only for Sundays. Must visit and enjoy.

Worst thing is the manager does not know how to talk to customers and elders. He has no respect for others whatsoever. If youre one person its okay to be charged as one person, but if you wanna arrange something with 20-30 people the doesnt give a damn, no discount nothing and will charge you same. Making it very expensive and not worth it food. Plus the serive was very slow.The place ambiance was good. Food was okay but it wasnt worth the price.Not recommended for gatherings.
