U have to pick and choose wisely...stuff thats quality tailored and on sale...otherwise...way overpriced unnecessarily...Pkaistani brands and chinese versions have similar quality and 3rd the price

Its always great feeling being in their store, but last year i bought two cotton dress pent top of the line in price band of 10,000/ were very fine stretch able , one of them got shrink and its length got reduced and the other having its length increased and from knees it went out of shape, just gave them my complaint lets see how they treat it now, they take lot of time to respond to their customers complaints and their Staff ate not encouraged by their management to share their contact no, email etc, which reflects professionally very bad on any organisation ,who tries to avaoid customerContact and cannot have their direct first handfeed back and complaints °As they keep claiming we do not have policy, point is who makes this policy and this needs to be reviewed seriously, and customer should always be engorged, they are the one who gets bread n butter for companies and their employees, No customer No business.A very imp corporate saying, Customer is always right,, all multi national companies have heavy reliance on customer as they are the ultimate users, You may develop beat product by your tram, but if customers sisnt like that you have to look into this n bring necessary changes as per customer requirement n feed back. Its American brand, in US they dont have these kind if policies and customers rights are very strong, you can always go back and ask them to change or refund if you you didnt like that product after couple of months and in case of complaint they take instant reaction, as I my self noticed this at some stores of Macys on NY and Boston. Hope to have a healty change in their policyWhere they accept their complaints with big heart and encourage to share their seniors contact no, name address or email with them.other wise fun n excitement to shop from them very quality cloths...Its good brand have quality garments.Regards,Sajjad Imam

Very poor customer service. Extremely disappointed. Intentionally make manual bill slips with no contact information of any kind. Bought two jeans and their color faded away in just few months. Highly unrecommended of youre considering buying Levis jeans. Their quality is not what it was used to be!!
