I used to come here for variety and affordability. Now this store lacks both. The same item that was of 4000Rs a year ago is 6000Rs now without any improvement or reason. Very less variety and sizes for every article. Their sales boys and girls are pretty helpful, but very few in numbers so you have to find and engage them yourself. If there are more than 10 customers at a time, this branch cannot handle it. During my last 2 visits, saw infighting among the staff - Either these guys are underpaid, or they have poor supervisors. In any case, i dont think this particular branch will survive for long in todays cut throat market. Far better to visit their main branch in Gulberg.And to rub salt on the wound, during todays visit, music in the store was extremist songs about praising Ghazi (a guy doing extra judicial murder in name of religion), supporting such killings and destroying anyone who is blasphemous... what the hell

Chen One is a seriously overrated place. I dont like their aesthetics, I dont like their design sense. Whatever you get is perpetually overpriced. Why would anyone go here is beyond me. At one point in time - long ago - they used to be a new thing. Now theyre not. So much else out there that is better. Forget Chen One. Get over it. Explore your choices; Live a life.

There is a lot or variety for almost all the product categories that they sell. Value for money, however, varies across products. With some products, it is strong while with others, particularly clothes, it does not seem to be very high

Perhaps it is their flagship store, having complete verity of home textile, garments, apparel and stuff.

Best place for shopping with little bit expensive price tags. Some items really justified those price tags but some not. So choose items wisely as you can find some of them more cheaper from Market.

A horrible shopping experience at CheOnem, Gulberg. DO NOT waste your MONEY in a store that has absolutely disregard for customer service. I was humiliated and threaten by the rude manager and forced to pay for a broken item. A glass item that was placed on the edge of a shelf by their staff fell down as I reached by it (No policy displayed anywhere in the store). A fun day that turned out to be the worst shopping experience of my life.
