Good place to purchase 100% original apple accessories. But it is costly!

One star is too much for these guys but giving them as must required. I spilled tea over my macbook pro (still in warranty). Machine needed service to clean up the liquid. When i went to them they told me we cannot service this machine as every thing is packed as a unit keyboard, mouse trackpad etc etc, and there are no chances for tea to damage logic board. so be cool and pay 68000 and we will replace top case. All this happened during lockdown, so i was not able to contact any other service centre. After a couple of week my machine was just working fine as i was expecting the same thing that logic board is clean and clear (as they told me). Unfortunately after couple of weeks my machine was dead. After lockdown when it was safe to be out, i went to other service provider (future tech near kalma chowk) and showed my machine to them, they shocked me by saying logic board of machine is dead and i also tea over there and also they said we can clean and service your keyboard (upper case which naveed store who said me to replace) but you have to replace logic board. All of this could have been avoided had the cavalary ground store serviced my machine.If anybody want to destory their machine do visit them otherwise if you value your machine and data in it dont ever go to these guys. Seriously a rip off.

I was having battery drainage issue on my iPhone 7. I was planning to replace battery so I went to that store and they offer me 2 optionsGive 18000 and iPhone and get new phone but iPhone should not be repaired or any does not have any other issue other then battery and battery health should be less then 80.Or just change the battery for 9000.But I had issue on my motnerboard and they do not work on motnerboard issues. So I repaired my phone from local market

Pakistan doesn’t have any official Apple store, but these guys have done a wonderful job in presenting the store close to it. They’re an authorized Apple service center/dealer though. I got my foreign MacBook serviced twice from them. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. They only sell original Apple products. The parking space is extremely congested nonetheless, you’ll be lucky if you find a spot there due to several point of businesses adjacent to it.

Although they follow through on their promises of warranty, and even replaced my iMac with a new one when the one I bought was defective (I think that isnt all that special) they overcharge by A LOT. Also, you often have to go and argue to get things fixed. Also, they do not give you everything as a proper Apple store would. When you buy an iMac, as I did, you are given a choice between a mouse or a keypad. They did not give me a choice and I had to buy the keypad from them for 20,000 rupees.In case your computer is broken due to a manufacturing defect, they expect you to wait two to three weeks without giving you any other device for essential work during that period.When the keyboard they gave me was defective (some buttons did not work) the owner kept trying to tell me it was just a software patch and to wait. It took nearly two months for me to finally get a new one out of them.Take the Apple Airpods, with warranty and insurance, with the PTA, Telemart sells them for 19,000. Their price in the U.S. is $150 or so. The iStore sells them for 24,000 rupees, making an obscene profit.Save your money, and buy from some other place. I already bought the iMac from them, so I am bound to them for a year: do not make the same mistake.

I have an iPhone 6 It’s home button and Touch ID is not working. When I restart my phone the home button starts working automatically and Touch ID does not recognize. Again on restarting the phone the home button and Touch ID does not works. Can you fix it I have international warranty of my phone.
