Have three segment ,you can get ready made garments from corner side. Quality is good but expensive. When you enter from main gate there you get unstiched clothing variety. From ground floor entrance if you turn left you go down to its grocery store with good variety of local and imported cutlery

H.Karim Buksh and Sons is the oldest departmental Store at Lahore main Mall Road. It is situated on the Mall facing Hall Road and is at the beginning of both Queens Road and Temple Road. HKB & Sons has always been my first choice for purchase of unstitched men and women cloth and for ready made shirts. Besides in the basement are Sections housing crockery, leather and parachute hand bags , toiletries, household items and a small portion where vegetable oils are displayed for sale besides spices, pulses, rice and frozen chicken products.The mezzanine floor display the children ready made garments and toys. However its the first floor that has menswear including ready made garments including two and three piece stitched suits, trousers, leather belts Cardigans, sweaters, undergarments ties, mufflers and sundry items.Of late the the number of customers frequenting this store has decreased because of the competitors in market. Besides the store management does not appear too aggressive to cover the ground it has lost to competitors. There are apparently quite a few reasons for this and the important ones being the lay back approach of the owners largely based upon their goodwill of the past. The store management while it offers discount in price on dead items and those which are not frequently bought it is still reluctant to offer discounts on hot or daily items of consumption including oils, pulses, toiletries, rice, branded milks and teas. The discount in the prices of menswear and women wear are also not mouthwatering alluring the shoppers to go for these. Other famous departmental Stores like Swera in Lahore always provide you a surprise in the final bill when they at their own provide some percentage of discount in the total bill amount without one even asking for the same. The discounts though may not be substantial but these never the less give a comfort and satisfaction to a customer that the store is ready to curtail its profits in order to extend some benefit to its customers no matter the benefit may not be huge. .HKB also need to provide attractive salary package and incentives to its sales men so that they may give a welcoming look to the shoppers rather a fatigued one that conduct ultimately dampens the frenzy of buying by customers.Diversity and choice of products over the years has taken the back seat and it appears the Store is content with the traditional products and not ready to bring and display new products in the store.Some good traditions are still maintained by the Store management as unlike many stores the quality of products ranges from good to very good. However its not excellent and the store needs to work very hard to address this. Last and not the least is the passion which is really missing and no matter how traditional you are you need to exhibit the passion that makes your business grow.

H. Karim Buksh and store is a shopping place located at very famous Mall Road Lahore Near Reagal chowk (Four ways road crossing) in historical city of Lahore. Here in this store you can buy groceries clothing ready-made garment abd much more items are available in the store. Quality of products are very good. Prices are moderate. You can visit here for shopping of your daily needs and for other shopping.

Cloth , clothing & hosiery items are slightly expensive . Toiletries , groceries & crockery at reasonable prices . Basement , where the groceries are stored often stinks due to a trapped / dead rodent . Before visiting the basement , make sure that it doesnt stink while on the downstairs , if u feel any bad odour , dont approach the basement .Staff is polite & courteous . No fraudulent attempts at cash counters which is a hallmark of Departmental Stores in Lahore.Overall its O.K , except for the rodent part !

Still prefer al fatah. But here u will also find men unstitched clothing as well. But i still dont gi here much.
