What I liked:-The staff was courteous and effectiveWhat I feel needs immediate attention:-- check-in process took more than hour, with promise that other room will fit for you better (idea was: had greater scenery) and we are preparing that one - but same sad, dirty scenes of smoky urban buildings of uneven local life- only one power socket in whole room (only one accessory could be charged either laptop charger or mobile or water cooker/heater), there should be at least two- I didn’t like the noise from room 702 (mine was 701).- Also the door bell from 702 sounded like it is for 701, noisy telephone ringer was annoying and ugly.- room ventilation is missing, no window for fresh air, electrical Ventilation system always brought cigarette-smoke from somewhere, maybe filters have not been replaced- room floor needs real cleaning efforts, cleaning standard was not acceptable for me, baby could not crawl safely- design fault in washbasin (water remains standing)- partial carpet piece in the room was not acceptable, it released its Fiber- breakfast was great but they failed to provide hot tea, it was served but tea was always cold

Loved the ambiance of the hotel and the rooms are amazing, clean and spacious (the pictures are for a Double Deluxe room). A newly constructed property just 1 year old which suffered a bit due to COVID-19 scenario.Budget friendly as well and located in Gulberg 3 near to all happening places.It has only three floors and not too many options were available in the breakfast menu.

Liked the interior architecture. Rooms are contemporary and peaceful. Good place to stay, cost is bit on higher side. However good location if one is interested to visit MM Alam road and its food outlets, famous brands and main boulevard Gulberg.

Rooms are of very good size. Service is alao very good. Pure value for money. Just need improvements in overall ambiance. Otherwise all good.

Good experience, staff is very humble, food is good . The only issue for few days is due to the construction alternative route is required to be taken and that road is not in good condition. Other than the road rest its recommended.

One of the best experiences, could easily be matched to international standards. Cleanliness, courtesy and attention to detail are unmatched anywhere else. The rooms are big and modern with all features. Would definitely recommend and I most certainly will be back again.

This is an excellent place to stay. I liked their large LED TV with HD channels, snacks readily available in rooms refrigerator (not free), quick service and overall environment.Only think I didnt like was their complimentary breakfast. It didnt include what menu says

The falettis grand hotel is quite a nice hotel. But if I compare it to international hotels than its just okay. The location is very shady, room service was very slow, no hot water at night, the bed sheets were not very clean, the room was big, the mattress and pillows were so soft. Thats a only plus.

Stayed here because our favourite hotels were busy because of PSL. The location of this hotel is very good and the price is too. All the main visiting points are close by. The hotel is clean and well maintained and the staff friendly and eager to help. The rooms and bathroom are clean and new and there’s a good choice of channels to watch on the tv. The breakfast was good. However the bad points are that the rooms are not soundproof, all the twin rooms have an interconnected door and you can hear the neighbours and their TV. This is very bad and we were disturbed on a couple of occasions at night. We asked the manager to move rooms but were told that only rooms with double beds don’t have the interconnecting door but offered to not have anyone in the room next to us during our stay. Also I don’t know why in this day and age hotels don’t learn to put a carpet in their rooms instead of tiles as noise from people dragging their furniture around is extremely loud from next door and above, also the floor is cold and you HAVE to wear slippers to walk around. Very poor. Also the valet parked my car down the street because they ran out of space in the car park which made me angry as I spent 50lakhs on it. All said this hotel is ok for a short stay for the location and price only but I won’t be back.

Stayed here for three nights for a business trip. The hotel lobby and general ambience is pretty good. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for their service. I was supposed to get two water bottles daily, which I didn’t get. Even when I asked for it, the staff sort of made me feel as if I was lying about not getting the water. The sheets on one of the beds was very dirty, with marks on it and even after I asked them to change it, it wasn’t changed. Took them another day and another reminder to change the sheet. The bathroom was smelly, it wasn’t particularly dirty but I think there’s something wrong with their plumbing because of which there was smell. The minibar in the room was absolutely empty and there was no safe box as well, which was brought in later on during my stay. The breakfast was just ok but their lunch was good. During checking out, I shared all my concerned with the management and I was assured it wouldn’t happen again. They told me it was because they have recently started operations and are still getting their things in order. Going to stay again at this hotel soon and would update my review if I find them better.

Nice Start . Attractive Architecture at Ground to Third floor. Breakfast menu needs a hard work to make it more better with increase in number of items specially with some seasonal fruits, salads, cakes, Omelets etc. This will not cost much.Over all it will take handsome time to avail consistency in provision of Quality Hotel service.Mainly the factor of mutual communication among staff of this hotel need to be addressed by higher Management.Engineering staff of all disciplines need concentration to check each and every installation regarding its unobstructed functionality.Executives must be trained to evaluate when and where guest may be asked How Your Stay is Going On ??

A very nice hotel with a comfortable atmosphere

Hotel is new. Had some misunderstanding at the beginning with the staffs as I was recommend to this new branch from the other branch which is full.The hotel has 2 lifts and they are pretty small and slow.The room is huge. It feels more like an service apartment than a hotel. Most probably because it doesn’t have a carpet flooring. And I was checked into a room with the minibar fridge emptied out by the previous customer. If I had not checked the minibar fridge, they would have charge me for all the missing items.The toilet is not properly designed in my opinion. the sink leaks and the showering cubicle glass are not properly installed which wet the whole floor.The breakfast spread is ok. Nothing fancy.Nearby restaurants and shopping Malls are the only plus point for this hotel.

Cafe de Brando is a great place to have buffet. We were charged Rs. 799 for an elaborate and delicious menu. The rice, manchurian, chicken wings, chiken BBQ boti were all tasty and the cherry on top was the gulab jamun. Very friendly and courteous staff. A must visit.

Very nice place to stay. Friendly staff. Standardisation all over the hotel. Large LG led tvs in all rooms with all smart features like netflix amazon prime youtube etc. One can easily connect TV with mobile phone for screening also. Breakfast buffet is also good. Timing from 6.30am till 10.30am. Basement valet parking. Rooms have different sizes. From king size suites to smaller rooms according to your requirement.

Hotel is located at a very Central location with MM Alam road at walking distance which provide loads of great options for shipping as well as great eating out options. The hotel has opened recently and rooms are spacious. However the only problem I faced was shortage of lifts as there are only 2 available and given the number of guests, you have to wait quite long in case you need to use the lifts. While checking out, the reception staff told me that I had used chips from the mini bar, which I had not used. On my denial, they removed it from my bill immediately. However ideally this should not have happened and it means either they didnt check properly at the time of last check out.Otherwise overall decent experience.

Where should i start! My stay at the hotel was for 4 nights and it was awesome. It was bliss to be a guest there. You get a warm welcome and during the stay you interact with wonderful staff. The food is so appetizing especially the grilled panini sandwich and continental. The breakfast menu needs some more variety and taste. Overall, It has a pleasant soothing ambiance. Excellent addition in the city. I cant wait to visit again. The location is ideal to roam around.

The staff are outstanding. Always friendly and ready to say hello. I enjoy the chats with the security guards at the entrance when I come and go. It is a pleasure to stay here. I have to travel almost monthly to Lahore and staying in any hotel is never like home, but the staff here really make me feel at home.

Very pleasant surprise with brand new spacious rooms, guest friendly amenities, modern fittings, well equiped modern washrooms. Efficiently run property with above average service level. Its only down side of a less than average onsite restaurant is easily offset by its excellent location of just being off MM Alam road in Gulberg where one is literally surrounded with good eateries. In its given price range, I truly believe Falettis grand offers great value for money.

Planned to stay here for 3 nights but checked out after first night. Heres my experience:1. although the hotel is situated near MM Alam road, the street itself in which the hotel is located is very shabby with sewage water on the road.2. there arent any good views from hotel3. The hotel doesnt have a chic vide nor life to it4. The room, washroom and the bed (bed sheet and blanket) werent clean. The bed and the floor had dirt and hair on them. On my request, the sheets were changed and the room was cleaned.5. The room wasnt noise proof and I could hear the noise from the lobby6. At night, while I was trying to sleep, there was strange noise/vibration after a couple of minutes which didnt let me have a good night sleep7. In the morning, some maintenance work started which involved drilling and stuff so that was noisy8. Ambience overall lacked lifeThe only reason I am not giving 1 star is because of the staff which was very good. Secondly the high speed WiFi and Television system
