Its a new built hotel and restaurant in heart of Lahore very next to liberty market. The main attraction is its height as its quite high building. A newly constructed building with some fine halls for small events and gathering. Attended a high tea and quality of food was excellent. Further staff was very corporative. Overall it was a nice experience.

Fresh property and really nice interior. Very well equipped gym with latest equipment. That is a really plus point for me. I will most probably be frequently coming here only because of gym facility. Over all a really nice addition to the list of hotels in Lahore.

A newly built hotel lacking some basic needs of a fully functioning 18 storey hotel.Only one lift working for all live-in guests and event participants, the other lift is for staff use , both these lifts were always packed when i visited and one had to wait for 5-6 minutes for lift to arrive as well.Other important factor that lacks is room’s sound proofing. You can listen to conversation and tv programmes playing in next room loud and clear. My son woke up twice in two days around mid night when next room guests were watching news on tv, it literally feels like someone is watching tv in your own room—- i have travelled over 20 countries including in Africa , I have never experienced such a thing there. Very shameful .If a good night and peaceful sleep is what you want, then avoid this hotel.Other than that , staff was excellent,Room Service = 10/10House Keeping= 10/10Reception= 10/10Its a shame when bad planning and architecture ruins a good establishment.

Indeed one of the best hotels to stay in Lahore. The staff is friendly with all services performing at impresssife response rates. I liked the food here. Experience of room dine-in is fabulous. The hotel rooms are well furnished and modern. The location is also prime with easy access to all business and shopping and designations. I recommend indigo as a great hoteling option in Lahore.

It was an experience that I enjoyed a lot with my loved ones. Id like to visit there again for a quality time and I recommend it for good food and friendly environment.

I think its nice place to spend my few moments. I can not say anything more about it because I just attend my meeting on ground flour for just 15 to 20 minutes. Its not bad. Service yeh service was good.

Staff is nice while talking except when there is feedback. Two hours wait on my request. Upon explaining to the staff they interrupted and asked what do i need ?Staff provided tea bags in bare hands.Bathroom walls have water mixed with dust stains. Food taste below average.

I must say Ive never been a fantastic place in Pakistan like Indigo Heights. I went there to celebrate my dads birthday and my this decision turned out to be the perfect one!My family enjoyed their time a lot and for me my family happiness and comfort is everything

Only ONE of the elevators worked. That one elevator had more than 15 people and NONE of them were wearing a mask. None of the workers and the managers were wearing a mask. The hi-tea wasnt amazing either. Such a vast menu but the 3 things that actually tasted well were soup, kabab and salad. Shrimps/prawns were old and smelled bed and most of the things had no taste. The management tried to accommodate the VERY high influx of people but failed miserable which resulted in them being rude. Overall, highly overrated and not worth it at all.

Enjoyed our stay at Indigo Hotels. Staff friendliness was 5 star. Rooms were luxurious for what we paid. A little improvement ia needed while doing room make overs which was like 7/10. Breakfast buffet menu was great, but it will be much more better if they put a tea and coffee machine alongwith the food, ordering seperately is does not fit to the equation. A definite YES if you are choosing to find a cozy place in Lahore.

A newly constructed Hotel with well decorated rooms. Rooms are clean with all the amenities as it is new. How ever the hotel is noisy due to srrounding construction and lots of visitors.the small lobby is full of resutarants visitors. Staff is inexperienced and discourteous. I would avoid stay.

20 person in one lift and other lift is not working.Monopoly of valet parking. you cannot park the car yourself. Restaurant ambiance is very bad staff is so arrogant.

My sisters experience.This so called 4 star hotel doesnt deserve to be evan a single star. Our 1 night stay was miserable there. Bathroom fittings were loose. No fruit basket in the room upon check in. Fridge was empty. We were stuck in the lift as suddenly there was a technical fault and emergency bell was not working as well. My husband manually pulled open the door of the lift to get us out.Then last but not the least only valet parking was available each and everytime you need your car so no general parking. And the valet worker hit our car while parking creating a big dent on the back of the car.They have opened the hotel while still its under construction as only 1 lift is available for all 18 floors.Not going to stay there and recommend it to anyone to stay there again.

Amazing ambiance but the hi tea is not so amazing...they have a limited variety of around 10 main dishes, some salads and desserts..For someone who wants Gol gappy yes they have got em! The biggest lagging is that they dont serve a proper welcome drink...as they only have a cocktail in their hi tea menu which is more of a fruit punch drink. But over all a good place in terms of hygiene, service and ambiance. Loved their chowmien, tikka boti and desserts the most...

A very nice hotel. Nice rooms and hospitable staff. Comfortable. Only one problem though, there was continuous load shedding problem and their generators are not o immediate cut on mode. You have to wait for few minutes for the power to be resumed. Other tham that everything was enjoyable

Went to attend a conference in one of the halls on the 1st floor. Nice, neat and clean hotel and ideally located in Gulberg. The snacks were tasty and the cutlery/crockery was spick and span.

Ambiance was quite impressive.. but I had issues with food quality... My stomach got disturbed after eating

It was good but not as per expectations. We had Hi-Tea there but the menu was with very limited items/dishes. There was not enough options to choose in between. Cleanliness and atmosphere can be ranked good but needs to be improved with more move around space rather than occupied by unnecessary siting tables.The crockery and dining tables were not of that special quality which I assumed to be.I wish better luck to myself for my next visit there, if re-visited.Seeing is believing
