Extremely rude female at the reception. Upon inquiry she call herself the general manager. She refused to give contact of the owner or her supervisor.So to cut the story short. I have booked a room for a guest and upon their check in she has started calling the room and asking for the person who has booked the room. Maybe 3 times she has called. Eventually I came and checked out from this shady place.Not at all recommended for families and business people.Worst experience ever in a hotel.

Not a good place if youre looking for luxury. The wifi doesnt work well most of the time.The food is just not very good.(except the sausages but their just too oily). I would not recommend staying here. Even though the staff tries to provide customers with good service however the place is not very comfortable. The gym is also filled with towels instead of good machinery

Worst management ever... They dont even know what is the meaning of plus taxes.. Plus taxes means that tasex are included in total amount... And if they want separate tax they should tell the customer Excluding taxes... And basic amount. What they do they initially tell you that 8000 plus taxes and at the end they will say you have to pay separately for tax i mean this is ridiculous. Bad bad experience not only management but also rooms are so bad

My experience of staying at this hotel was good.The room was clean, comfortable and quite but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. The front desk staff and were truly excellent. They were friendly and extremely helpful, going out of their way to accommodate. The manager was nice and tried trying to help you in his full capacity.

Service was nice but the place feels conjusted

Lovely hotel and great restaurant. The burgers were smashing! Nothing like an ordinary burger. Also, the rooms are immaculately clean and nicely decorated. Loved staying at Grand Enclave and it is now my new favourite place to stay in Lahore.

I often come here and stay. This place is so peaceful and it has everything a person needs for a good stay. The rooms are clean and they smell good. If you would ask me i would rate it 10 out of 10.

Me and my family stayed at the hotel for one night before our flight the following morning.It is a brilliant hotel with the excellent staff. The rooms are large and clean.We had an evening meal which was really good and a good hearty breakfast in the morning.Big shout to Mazher (hotel manager) who was extremely helpful.I will definitely book a full stay when I comeback to Pakistan next year.I would recommend it to others.

We received excellent service from our stay up until we left the hotel. The staff very friendly and helpful towards me and my family. The room was very clean and modern. Defiantly recommend and use again. Near the airport, driver on site, International Superstore 5 minute walk away, Takeout Pizza Hut 1 minute drive away.

Definitely the best hotel in Lahores affluent Defense area. It offers 5* luxury rooms with Jacuzzi baths etc. But above all it gives gives the feel of being in a stately home. You feel as if you are in your own home. Nothing like this in Pakistan to date!!!The staff give you the service which make you feel like an emperor.It is conveniently placed 5 minutes from the Lahore Airport and only 20 minutes away from the the Lahore Courts and the Old City center via the Ring Road.Enclave is near the entrance to the Ring Road.A must stay for the family who want to be pampered.

It’s a fine place. Very cooperative staff. But the location is questionable as it’s pretty far from main attractions of Lahore. Secondly, it’s at a much congested and busy area’s of Lahore.

Although manager of the hotel was co-operative but staff was too lazy, food was no good and room service had sloths speed. Bread served had fungus on it. Away from market. Over all does not worth the money spent.
