Well, well, Al Fatah is name of quality. One of the best shopping malls with its branches covering the major cities of Pakistan. Here you can have goods of daily use with quite ease because everything is placed with particular classification. So if you are looking for something, it wont take long. In fact you will be comfused about what to buy because Al Fatah mall is selling almost all the famous brands of Pakistan.

Numerous staff members who are very helpful and honest. Pricing is a little on the high side but the service is outstanding. Grocery gets really busy and congested. But the other areas are always clean and have alot of variety. Just bought a soup set which is picturesque, mashallah. Thank you Al Fatah.

Our go-to Grocery store. It has everything you need local and imported. Sometimes you get better prices than other local stores. Their electronics area is good as well. The staff is helpful and timings are very good. Parking seems to be a big issue during some times of the week. Its managed well for the most part.

Al Fatah is a nice place to buy groceries. Most of the staff is cooperative. Few need to be a bit more courteous.

Staff behavior little bit not good

Almost ask kind of households grocery cosmetics and every other thing you need for a complete home is available under one roof. 3 basements for car parking go fees you a smooth experience forcar parking. Valet parking is available. I would say that not even a single store in Lahore has any comparison with this store. The perfume and all the cosmetics brand give it an extravaganza look for girls. Crockery section is truly high class you can buy branded kitchen set for your lavish lidestyle. Gift items and decore pieces are out of words. The owner must have done some good deed in his life he has this feather in his cap of having the elite class cutomer of all lahore. I appreciate the management team Their behaviour towards customer and their absolute categorization for all things floor wise.

Iam a big fan of this store since 94/95 when it used to be in liberty area and when it burnt I was so upset and prayed alot for their come back and they did with even more passion and more variety and opened many branches all over Lahore!! I wish them best of luck for all their future endeavors

Very good but alfatah johar town branch is not located well for citizens of johar town.w why u select that corner of shoukat khanam road.u know well johar town is a big society and it starts from Jinnah hospital and u opened it far away in j1 block.why?and its face front is also not towards johar town.it must be opened inside anywhere in johar town .it is not facilitating the people of johar town.it should be opened at a place where people of johar town from all sides may access this outlet easily. I request u to shift this point to such a place where people of johar town may access the outlet from all sides easily.

Good quality products

One star im taking off for staff behavior. Sometimes they are rude. Other when compared with HKB and pot pourri. Al fatah stands out. Amazing variety of novelty items. I would recommend this.

Perfume counter should allow to check international perfumes, how can we buy without exploring the fragrance, you guys ask your vendor to make sure the availability of testers of Gucci,D&G etcI hope we will smell it a bit before purchasing next time.

One can find pretty much everything under the sun here: cosmetics, jewellery, grocery, decoration items, crockery, cutlery, toys, shoes and clothes for men, women and children. Cleaning supplies, pet supplies, meat, frozen foods, vegetables and fruits, perfumes, hand bags, and even small furniture... The list goes on! Plus, its fully air conditioned, and the staff is very accommodating. I cant find any faults.
