Theee best saloon ever !!! Literally go with ur eyes closed....i come specially from london along with my other friends who come from states/eu...I go there for my skincare and facial & this photo therapy this time which took away so many of marks/scars.amazing well trainned friendly staff with services at very reasonable prices & luxury vip treatments.. they take of the smallest things from tea to a complimentary shoulder massage :)))and most importantly they are very up to date with latest hair styles trends and more as the over all atmosphere & the whole look and ambience of the saloon is so good and how they have divided it into floors for hair/make up & mani pedi/massage etcI always forget to take pics maybe cuz of the mere fact that i go into self obbesion shock for 2 to 3 days as literally like the movies i come out completely transformed like a babe & glowing...Im just attaching picture one of there staff member ask to take for her own record (so is candid in the dark but one can see)Thats my balayage & i also found 1 of the wedding make & hair extensions i got done & bare in mind this pics it at 6 am the next morning as i look as fresh as when it was put on.. (plus i love the small touches of being able to buy ur extensions & they will reuse it or will give u reusable eye lash extensions if u want)Anyways when it comes to there colouring and hair cut/style then im not kiddin plz check there page out or go see for urself as it is simply the best with no comparison as the owner ruby aunty is a natural when it comes to fashion/style & esp hair colours !!!!Ruby aunty is loveliest genuine fun person ever.. her smile has always been a killer but her work is even better... she is on spot with her own trend and make up and she is able to bring it on her clients and literally reform and transform us.And Her experience and style/taste has comes through again.... cuz me who has always had low lights & super rigid with my same here she bought into highlite that too hot ash and omg i just absolutely love it..Next there mani/pedi... world over i have never had a better one & though i live btn london/isb i travel to her for everythin from isb when local as its sikplt the best...And while ur at it.. u have to try the lahore body polishing concept.. its so cool and u come out looking like a diva ;)This time i tried there new dip fake nails aunty got from nyc.. super quick long lasting & such funky colours... :)))I mean the list is endless.. there body massages r too die for as they know what they are doing and make the whole experience worth while with the perfect oils/scents/candles/lite music & hot towels :)))And finally their facials.. i aint lyin.. i only get facials when i go back home even if ifs once a yr as i dnt even bother with anyone cuz noting works & nobody does it better then them even if its the same products & sometimes better technology here in uk but untrainned or wont put there heart into it but at splitends the girls work genuinely hence such high standards :)Hats off the staff who are so professionally trained and knowledgeable within there work fields.Ruby aunty makes sure she treats & trains them very well & on too gives them refresher courses & to keep them upto date on all techniques/procedures etc...I could just keep goin on and on but end with i wish they had a branch in uk :)))

This review is for Raya Splitends. Very convenient if you are a hotel guest or member. Professional staff and quality of services is top notch. Have tried massage, mani & pedi. Highly recommend splitends at Raya

I went there for Brazilian Blowout treatment on the strong recommendation from a friend. The reception assigned me a completely inexperinced staff who refused to show me the products she would use on my hair. I insisted because I have been getting my hair done in the Middle East for the last 10 years or so and really know what i want to do with my hair. The owner came and reassured me but still let the inexperienced staff work on my hair. They made me stay for 6 hours for a job that takes 2 hours only. Had an awful time aa the staff burnt my hair with a straightener followed by the owner trying to explain to me how my hair had split ends that needed a trim (despite my mentioning that a reputable salon had trimmed my hair a month ago). Salons that believe clients are dumb or ignorant are not very professional Im afraid. Wont be going back and wont be recommending anyone.
