I love the ambiance and facilities. Have enjoyed the sauna and massages. However, you need to everything on phone and there is a shortfall in professionalism in setting up appointments - they should develop digitally but once inside the staff is great.

My experience was extremely disappointing especially considering their previous reviews and the prices they charge. I booked an appt two days in advance and was told to arrive early for it on the day of. They actually called me twice to remind me of my appointment so I had high hopes that things would go seamlessly. I arrived 20 mins before my appointment and was not attended to until 30 minutes after my appointment time. So in total I waited around 50 minutes for something I had booked in advance. And while I understand that delays can occur, it was just frustrating to have been told to wait two more minutes over such a long period of time instead of being told there was a significant delay. In fact I was back into my clothes and ready to leave (after having waited 30 mins post appt time) when it was finally my turn. If you’re trying to have a relaxing experience and are willing to pay a premium price for it, going to Nirvana would defeat the purpose.

Very nice good looking place the I have been to many saloons but the girl who was given me session I heard her burping many times that was the only bad thing.. So for me 3 star are enough..

I always love this place. Went today for a couple massage. Emy did mine. She was very polite and professional. Loved the massage and ambiance. They were kind enough to finish the luxury with a superb coffee. One hour massage would cost 6k per person.

The music in the waiting areas is quite loud and almost annoying. The wait staff is not well trained and are untidy.The massage therapists are very good and the rooms very clean.

Best place for Relaxing Urself

The best spa I have visited yet in Lahore. The ambiance and overall enviroment is excellent.Staff is quite cooperative and friendly. Their rates are a little costly, but when comparing them with other competitors, they seem to be decent.There is also a coffee shop in the building, one can always visit that while waiting.

First time in Lahore, and I got the spa address through google search. It was one of my best spa experience. After my massage, my phone battery died,, and Aroosa and the other guys helped me sort a taxi to take me home. Very friendly atmosphere.

A day spent there not in vain. Finally succeeded in finding a better place for spa day. Their staff is courteous and well behaved but more experienced staff yet needed. Services are up to satisfaction need to work on body massage expertise.Overall not bad.

Excellent Services but the manager or owner was yelling at her employees infront of customers, that was really unprofessional of her. Secondly there was some construction going on in the building which was killing the peace during massage.

If you cant uphold an appointment, then dont book an appointment. Waiting for over an hour. Poor managment.

This is a high-class spa with beautiful interior design, nice and clean room, and well trained staff prepared to take care of the clients needs. The staff is friendly and attentive and the masseuses are well trained. Unfortunately they are quite untransparent about the pricing: they told us different prices at the beginning but then changed them during the treatment. They even went after us when we had already paid, wanting to charge us more (because they made a mistake). This left us with a bitter aftertaste. Other than that it was a enjoyable experience.

We got a warm welcome from staff and seniors. Place is really peaceful and attractive. Background music beats, lighting theme and combination of colors of furniture attract to everyone. Staff is well educated. It was my first experience overall I liked it.

Terrible experience, after waiting over half an hour for my massage, was taken to a sauna and told I had no massage booked. I told the gentlemen I had booked a massage and haircut the day before. As I was on a tight schedule I just left, considerably more stressed out and without a haircut.

I had an experience to arrange the party and their staff made it look so easy for me. Food quality excellent, ambience is modern and staff is good. If you have a plan to make a gathering of 50 to 55 persons including kids (or no kids) then go to this place take the menu which suits you, they will make your day, hats off. Mr Saleem a great person to get the help. Spa i have not used yet. They have a hall to take care 250 to 300 persons with good rates.

The place offers trained staff for all services they offer. However the building infrastructure and equipment is deteriorating and the management does not seem to be concerned. With the steep price they charge one would expect impeccable standards all through. Towels are old after so many reuse, meni pedicure tables water tubs and drains smell and are dirty, not being upgraded.

I have recently moved from CA to Lahore. Went for a mani pedi. The girls were attentive but my nails were filed crooked. It was bugging me so much that I brought it to their attention. They filed one that was particularly off. I am writing this after refilling my nails at home.It seemed deserted and five of them were just lying around, looking bored. The vibe was lethargic. Very different from Islamabad Nirvana which is bustling with activity and everyone is all smiles. I have always gone there when in Pakistan so this Lahore experience was disappointing. I am going to look for another place now.Two weeks later:I thought i would give it a second chance as if is right by my house. Went in for a mani pedi. The person cut my cuticle so bad that blood was pooling under the nail polish.She redid the nail polish but it pooled again. i showed it to her when she was standing waiting for her tip when I paid. It was of no concen to the three people standing there just for receving the money. It is staffed with unskilled workers who are not trained properly.They do give a LUMS discount but i will not be goung there again for sure.
