I done my Make-up there yesterday for a wedding. Worst makeup ever. My make-up looked like a mask. Way too much foundation was applied to my face. I showed the make-up artist a picture of an eye make-up and it didnt even begin to look like the picture. Dirty brushes and sponges were used on my face. I had to take off my make-up at home and put it on again because it just looked terrible. I paid 8000rs for it and got my make-up done by a senior. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.Update 10.01.2021: The respond of Amina z shows that I’m not the only one how thought they did a horrible job in doing the make-up. Amina z mistaken me and my sister for some other girls who clearly were as disappointed in the make-up as we were. This shows how unprofessional they work and how unprofessional they deal with customers review. Rather than asking us who we are they assumed we were some other girls who complained about their make-up.Me and my sister did not try do get a freebies cause we paid beforehand. We didn’t even asked for a refund. We just went home with the terrible make-up your artist did.Update 11.01.2021: This is a honest review. Clearly you just cannot accept criticism. Instead of taking this review seriously and use it to improve your costumer service you still being really unprofessional. And certainly you mistaken us for someone else because we never asked for freebies.

Showed the make up artist a picture of the eye make up look that I wanted. The final look didn’t even remotely come close to what I had wanted. Asked for golden eyeshadow, instead ended up with sparkly yellow eyeshadow. Caked-on foundation that settled into every crease on my face and made every pore visible.Poor hygiene. Only after asking for a clean sponge, the foundation was applied with it. Otherwise they would have just used a sponge which had been previously used on another client.Bad experience with hair as well. Asked for a bit of volume, got a hair style that made me look like a character out of a 80s soap opera.I took all of the make up off once I got home and reapplied it. My own make up looked 1000 times better.Would definitely recommend to choose another place to get your hair and make up doneEdit (03.01.2021): The response from the make up studio clearly shows that they have no idea about good customer service and they seem to mistake my sisters and I for someone else. We never even asked once for a free service or a refund after our make up and hair were done despite being unsatisfied with the results. Rather we just resigned and went home since it was obvious that they weren’t able to do a better job anyways.Being accused of something that never happened is prove of how unprofessional the make up studio is at handling negative customer reviews. I would recommend them to take these kind of reviews seriously and use them to improve their service like any other good business would do.

Worst experience ever!!Very chaotic, unfriendly and rude service. Unhygienic and dirty salon.Paid 8.000 PKR to get make up + hair done by a „senior artist“.I told the artist a couple of times to use clean sponges - which she didn‘t do.I didn‘t feel like I had a chance to express what exactly I wanted because it was a very hectic and uncomfortable atmosphere.After a while I just resigned because I knew they are not able to do a better job.Hairstyle: I wanted a braided hairstyle, it looked good for 5 minutes and then it started to fall apart. She seemed to be in a rush and therefore did not put any effort in my hairstyle.In the end I looked like a monster and went home, removed all the make up and redid it myself.Btw the person sitting next to me (who I didn‘t know) also seemed to be very unhappy about her make up since it also looked horrible.UPDATE 02.01.2021:My experience with this salon is just getting worse. Now my sisters and I are being accused of things we did not even do. (Quote from their reply: „trying to armtwist our staff and get a freebie“) The fact that the three of us left a negative review should make you start think about the service that you offer. Btw seems like you are mistaking us for someone else since we all paid the amount and did not even ask for a refund or a discount and didn‘t make a scene! This gives me the impression that you are mistaking us for other unsatisfied costumers that you had.

Best make up and services in Lahore! Very hygienic environment. Extremely satisfied with their service. Very friendly staff.

My wife is a regular client of Amina z salon for the reason that this salon charges very reasonable.Besides, they provide services neatly and gracefully.

First they said they do bookings for makeup. They take multiple people makeup bookings and have only one makeup artist. My base wasnt good and lines appeared on skin during the function. My sisters makeup wasnt blended properly and during function we could see patches on her face. Very disappointed. They said they will free us by 6, but they make us free around 7. Very bad services.

Amina Z salon never disappoints! My hair had gone through some damage and I got their amazing lipidium hair treatment done today ... and it completely smoothened my hair out. The staff was super helpful and professional, as always! Definitely, going back to get more of their hair treatments done, among other great services that they offer!

Had worst experience with them..They might be good at makeup but worst at time management...Had bridal makeup appointment with senior makeup artist and she was 1:30 hrs late, someone else (junior artist) put foundation base and then senior artist came for touch up.On top of that, she also misbehaved.. although we were complaining about the manager of DHA branch.They just made my day worst instead of making best...They didnt even accept their mistake. They have tons of rules for their own protection but not a single one for customers...What if the customer is on time and their own artist comes late.In addition to cost of makeup, they also costed me money for photoshoot as I missed it because of their extremely poor managementnot even a single star... I would highly discourage to choose them if you dont want to miss important moments of your special day. They are just sitting to make you fool by charging you for senior artist and then let junior artist do your makeup.

The best pedicure services

It used to be Depilex Mens Salon until Amina Z acquired it and now rebranded as the latter. Same staff. Ive been going to the same people for over a decade and would recommend this place because you get an appointment on the phone and its very well organized. Their equipment is hygienic and sterilized too.
