The parlour needs massive cleaning and renovation. The sinks are dirty with rust and hair blocking. The parlour had only one staff member who tried her best to facilitate me but the most problematic situation was her cough and flu while she was doing facial without mask. Now I have symptoms too. Although I asked her to wear a mask she only wore it for a short time. Basic sops are not being followed. Not recommended

Extremely poor hygiene .. most dirtiest saloon I every visited in my whole life.. NO SOP followed! The girl doing facial was not wearing mask and when I said , she started laughing! Facial from the deal was diamond but was given dermaclear which is available in cheap deals too! Step were not performed of the package I took.. yukh and extremely dirty gown and towel which were used. There was no sink even in washroom to wash hand. Patheticcccc!!!!!!Non professional attitude! Worsttttt 2/10 rating

I used a deal coupon during Ramzan. The staff was cooperative, the parlour was clean and the environment was welcoming. I would have preferred to have my manicure and pedicure done separately rather than at the same time as the facial. Threading of eyebrows was done a bit roughly. The hair protein treatment was good. Overall my experience was good. For the price I paid, I was satisfied with their services.

I had a chance to visit the place. Few services were good rather few were pathetic. Hair cut, nail art really disappointing. Nail stuff wasnt available. My youngest girl was highly dissatisfied.

It is a nice place to chill and get your touchups done but the staff is not fully professional.

Such a worse experience that i had ever in my life from any salon.i went there for hair dye and low lights.i asked them to trim the roots and they cut my half hair length just to sve their hair color i think.hair dye was like hell.Kindly save your money and time from such a non professional salon.

Im the regular visitor and love the all services specially facial, manicure, pedicure very well done by Summaira & shumaila today. And waxing service was also good by Rizwana. Although my skin was badly rashed due to sensitiveness so they should special care for sensitive skin

I availed the deal for derma facial, mani pedi and hair treatment. They did our facial in an hour and did mani pedi on the same bed while facial was going on. (i was surprised on their quickiness) and the so called loreal treatment was just a cheap loreal repair masque type thing. They washed my hair right after applying the mask. So quick girls. And they even didnt done my eyebrows well. But yes i had my underarms wax which was worth paying. I think that wax was good. But offcourse they use one stick on several clients which is bad. Facial result was also zero. No results for hair treatment too. So not recommended.
