It was a good place overall. To get your hair cut or beard trimmed.But no one was wearing masks in this pandemic.

Cosmo has professional and friendly staff, decent interior. But sadly staff is not provided with proper tools to give proper finishing. Yesterday I visited the staff did hell of a job without proper clippers, if he had clippers would have been faster and better finishing. I wish the management spends more on the staff needs and not on themselves. Would be great if the management takes my advise seriously.

I went for my and my kids hair cut... they were not professional at all... they just did it whatever... i just wasted my money... may b men salon would b better but for women they were also doing hair dos and makeup and facials which were a bit convincing but i would not suggest a haircut from this salon...

I scheduled a slot with them for Keratin treatment. Their environment was way too clumsy. They handed me over to a non-professional in-experienced under-aged guy for the whole session. He completed his task within 20 minutes. I experienced several burns on my scalp and hair and the treatment didnt last even a month. They were not even in the mood to guide me a style. I asked them for a suggestion and they said bhai aapne karwana hai app ko pata. It seemed to me that I am at a mohallay wala hair dresser.However their social media team approached me and offered me a burn-treatment, but I ignored them, because I didnt want to go there again.

Dont go this saloon plz plz plz... They spoil my hair. I did extenso from here... Dont go to this saloon for you hair.. My hair are still curl and became so rough nd dry.... They are totly cheater..

For cutting its a good place but from services end its worsen, poor maintained washroom, hot tab water for head wash and critically Air conditioners were no working and no one was bothering it... It literally frustrating and hell hot sweating....

Its a huge mistake to visit cosmo coz they lack sense of sensibility and responsibility.Once a customer is trapped they apply their so called beauty product and then they lovingly put the poor person on waiting list. No matter, however you keep on raising ur voice or protest they turn a deaf ear and allocate their energies for other tasks.The newly appointed chicks damn care about what you say and keep on uttering their oft-repeated sentences.

SONU the senior hairstylist makes this saloon high on my priority to visit. A thourough professional guy who brings the creativity in his work. The haircut was okay, the beard left a lot to be desired. Stray hair, shape didnt close properly and the moustache region was messed up by the stylist. Seemed like a internee to me.Had heard a lot of good things about this place but the first experience was somewhat underwhelming.Staff was courteous though.Price was lower than expected, but then, so was service.

Worst experience ever. i came for the 800 package in PIA branch, where an instructor Ahmed treated badly. In the package of 800, a lot of things have been mentioned, and I got only cleansing and hair cut. even I asked to shampoo my hair, he wasnt even doing that. He cut my hair in the corner without even mirror on the wall. What the hell was that? I came home with the hair on my whole body. He didnt even blow dry properly. It was my worst experience of cutting without mirror. I will share my experience without everyone. I should sue your salon since youre advertising something else and youre doing something else. I regret why I paid 800 rupees for only cleansing and cutting without mirror.

Nice services but should have specialized salon workers in various categories. I always experience a mix of qualities in each hair dresser and get confused. If someone is good at hair cut, its not necessary that he would be good at beard shaping, but they just dont have a specialized staff for each service. Its such a chaos to decide sometimes.

I was a regular customer of Cosmo from Last 3 years, even i have got ready for the weddings. I visited them on 21st Dec and came to know that complete management and hair dresser is being changed and according to them shifted to DHA. I somehow requested one of their only old hair dresser named Sonu for the haircut and beard and he denied me saying he is busy till 40 mins and sat on the sofa and acted as monitor. I waited for 15 mins and was left unattended. The one reception had 0 control on the staff. The customer service went from 4 stars to 0. No value given to their existing customer. Didnt understood the shifting of staff either. This has to be my end of being customer of COSMO. I did call their upper management but they didnt responded at all.

Poor service: very disappointed since I took one of their package deals and also had the hair dyed. The colour started coming off after one wash as it was don’t applied properly or the product they used was not good enough for the job. Won’t recommend to anyone.A barber at the corner of my street does a lot better job for a fraction of that price.
