Very nice saloon

Had a great experience today. I went there for a hair and beard cut for the first time and I have to commend the staff for taking their time to understand my requirements and accommodate accordingly. Keep up the good work.

I got hair extenso done. And i absolutely love it. My look changed. I’ve got smooth hair. And the staff is quite friendly and hospitable. I really love the environment. The senior management guides you towards a better option which is quite helpful. Thumbs up

Cosmo is one of the best saloon in Pakistan and their staff is very cooperative and loving.The condition of my hairs were very curly and damage.No saloon in Lahore accept my sitting but you know Cosmo is a brand they provide Good and unexpectable services to me Thank you so much

Need to have more wider n open space.

Came today at 2pm and requested for my hair to be done as well as the facial and body facial etc.They took their own time starting to dye my hair and eventually started at 3:45 on my hair dye and then at 4:30 they wanna start with my body facial. Remember they close at 7 pm so no way would they be able to do my hair and body and manicure and pedicure and facial steam and many other things included in the deal.Two of the employees were working on straightening (with the flat iron) one womans hair! This is while myself and 4 other woman are waiting for our treatments. So unprofessional!So I refused to have my body facial done because this is probably the first and last time Ill use this salon to be honest.

In such pandemic situation, I am sad to see how they are treating the CORONA VIRUS, no PPE, no SOPS, STAFF going around without masks, customers are not being asked to put on masks, not going back again, everyone else shouldnt go either, its a serious thing, if government has opened the saloons, atleast they should take care to everyone can be safe.

Staff is welcoming but services are ZERO they are just looking for number of customers per day nothing else and smoking is allowed which is very harmful for kids

The hair stylist who is also the manager at this salon is extremely talented! She did such a great job! Just make sure if you’re getting a pedicure to roll your pants up way high cause my mom got her pants bleached accidentally by someone else. Still would go back!

I have utilized cut and beauty saloon services, but it was totally unsatisfactory, no professionalism, business mind and money oriented. Very bad experience, however Toni and guy is best place for all hair treatment.

Worst experience..first time meine krai thi keratin. Last year before eid ul azha. Almost 4-5 months before.Staff was so non serious..all staff members were just busy in gossiping and using mobiles. Rush nai tha to kya mtlb ap aik do clients pr b dhyan na do. They even forgot to remove keratin within time. Even they didnot check the type of my hair before applying any chemical. Just paiso ki pari thi. Or mera itna hair loss hua. Itna hairfall. Aj tk life mein nai hua. Mery baal ab tk khrab hain.

They demaged my upper lips by testing that cheap fruit wax on my face I cant even eat or speak... If you dont know how to do.. Dont use customer for trial. Cheap disgusting

A good place to have men’s haircut at a reasonable price with reasonably good skilled barbers (especially Shahrukh). The ambiance is clean but like other hair cutting salons, the place is flooded with young smokers and loud cheap Indian music which is disturbing but since most of the staff seems to like such music and do not make efforts to make it a no smoking zone due to most customers smoking while getting a “beauty treatment” for themselves, one has to bear with it. Quite a patience test for middle aged non smokers like me who would otherwise like to have a quite nice haircut.

I had an amazing experience, I decided to chose the 1500rs hair package, where I got a designer hair cut - the lady kept asking me if the length was okay on every step then she put the hair polish and steamed my hair for 10 mins and washed off the product properly, my hair literally smelled like vanilla bean cupcake and finally she blowed dryed my hair and styled it, i look a new person, highly recommended!

My favourite salon in DHA, economical, everyone is friendly, the barbers will help u get the best hairstyle and beard. Although they need to work on fade cutting more and get better trimmers like the ones from england.
