If you are an old customer they sweet as sugar if not they can he very mean and try to undermine the salon you go to. Worker dont really understand what you are trying to tell them, they end up making your hair the way they please it and more over they are very aggressive with your hair. They pull and tug at them. Dont care if hair dryer is burning your scalp.
