This is a good place to enjoy various pizza flavors but there are not outstanding deals of pizzas but not poor as much as compared to other branches.They are offering pizza normally in promotional offers and getting extra charge for starters like wedges or garlic breads etc

I ordered Pizza from Pizzahut at this location, i was disappointed that the location was charging full 16% GST when i was paying on a creditcard which should be 5% (As per Govt of Punjab) and when i asked the Representative said that PizzaHut head office has not sent a notification nor has updated software for them (the rules has been in effect since June 2020 and this was November 2020).This is a small location hidden behind Cakes & Bakes, they dont deliver to most of the location around them so essentially you will need to go pick up from them.Food quality was ok not very impressive either. The timing was good, they did prepared the order on time.Giving two stars due to fact that they are overcharging customers by 11% and also the delivery area is not very well covered around the location.

Pizza Hut AIT branch requires a revamp. The staff wasnt cooperative and responding very slow. Pizza was good however. The salad bar did not have bread, pineapples and olive oil. They never have it now.

In a blind tasting test I wouldnt be able to distinguish this from the pizza you get at the likes of gourmet bakery. Cheese has no flavor, there was a droplette of tomato sauce in one of my bites but besides that the lack of any tomato sauce was evident by the fact you couldnt pull the cheese from the bread. Lastly the crust which years ago used to have a buttery taste and crispy that I remember I used to even savor that part of the slice. However now its just dry and mushy. Pizza hut can no longer be a consideration when thinking of eating out or ordering in.

I ordered my pizza and it took him 1 hr 30 mins to get delivered and even though the time at which I ordered was around 12 am and i called them 4 times each time they said it woukd take 5 minutes to reach and they also said they woukd call me back which they didnt Im extreanely disappointed and I will never order again from Pizza hut .

Pizza Hut was one of the first Pizza maker in Pakistan and it was most famous as we have seen in our childhood.This food chain was even best and superior but they did not upgraded. They are same as they are even 15 years before.About Taste, its average.

Worst than ever, even visiting after 5 years. Serving was delayed, staff was rude, instead to serving on table waiter smashed pizza on to counter and asked us to come & get, i had to get catchup my self from kitchen. All of this doesnt even compare to taste of pizza. Simply Awful. No topping, no chicken just thick bread with substandard cheese

It was the worst experience. To begin with I wanted to have salad from the salad bar. The salad bar was very dirty half the salad containers were empty. The serving spoons/tongs were soiled, one could not put salad without spoiling ones hands. So I gave up idea of having salad. The the crust of super supreme pizza was horrible. The consistency of it was like a Nan and it was under cooked and gooey from the inside. The Pepsi from the tap tasted like medicine.Generally the place was dirty floor was littered with pieces of food. The bathroom was was very dirty too. Stay away from this place

2 days ago I went to Pizza Hut for salad and I found fly inside it, as it was open from the front and no mirror to close it and also it was near the entrance door. The standard has really gone down for this fast food chain. Really need to focus on hygiene immediately

Immidiately after jumma prayer in Ramadan. This was the only place open. I was searching food for my pregnant wife who was under observation in National Hospital. In the hospital Cafe they were having prayer if anyone there he should know.I asked the guy are you open he said no. I can understand the ovens and all things need heating up. I saw Salad bar I asked him can you please sell me salad its for a patient and I walked from National Hospital please. He thought for a while and said No. These heartless people I dont know what to say.FYI this place serves old Salad as Salad bar was not full and he didnt tell me this Salad is not for Sale. And restaurant was not open for that day. I am pretty sure they sell previous day salad.

Overall Pizza hut lost its taste, we almost tried every branch of Lahore but couldnt find better taste any where. H Block Pizza hut is very congested as sitting arrangement is very bad. and if the area is full then you wont be able to enjoy food due to noise. there was only 1 person serving around 10 tables and Pizza took about 35 mins to reach table. Pizza hut is loosing in competition.

Pizza hut is one of the third class pizzas in lahore. You only get bread with some sauce on it. Toppings are almost non existant and then you pay a lot for it. Even many of the local brands make better pizzas. This is lahore and people want meat and good stuff in their pizza not bread and cheese

Extremely arrogant staff.Finally pizza ordered and served. Worst Pizza I ver had in Pizza Hut.Absolutely no cheeze. I asked for water and waiter said they dont have water.asked another waiter and he said they have tap water.finally he brought Tap water but it was warm not drinkable.I wish I have read the reviews before coming here. Small but atthentic Pizzas of Pizza Hut. They need to improve this place. Hygienic conditions are poor.

Just another franchise but often times theyre out of menu items. Like all other outlets, they refused to serve real softdrunks and insisted to take for feom drink-maker. They counted mushrooms as part if my preferred pizza shock was found missing. However, they served me a replacement though with small pizza as replacement of large. Not bad.
