Good place to enjoy and have evening tea with friends. But not recommended for family or couples because of smoky guys gathering there. Food is delicious specially tea has some unique taste. Must try the fries and tea combo.

One of the best place to meet up with friends specially in winters in open air its amazing to sit there for a while and relax with friends. Moreover, sitting there with a cup of tea or coffee just refreshes up your mood. Highly recommend for tensed people who want to relax for a while during their office breaks or whatever.

Viewing comments in review, I appreciate the management for rendering their services but when I visited by 2 PM after getting phone confirmation, and placed order for soup, the management regretted for not having their Chief.The management should take this seriously that either change their opening timings or ensure service be start by their mentioned time to avoid such regrets in future because this is not only waste of valuable time of their respectable customers.

I was there on new year eve, it was filled with dashing and Kool youth who were enjoying the tea, anbiance & music. Loved it over all!

Ambiance of the place was okay. It is nothing extra ordinary. They have literally tried to cover as much space as they can which compromised the ambiance. Other than that tea is good and they offer other eateries as well.

Very poor service. We waited for 20 to 25 minutes but no one came to take our order. Also a lot of hygiene issues the table we were sitting on had an ash tray full of smoked cigarettes and a lot of other people were also smoking even though such things should not be allowed in public spaces. Also there were lots of mosquitoes. This place is not recommended at all.

Good place, usually crowded around 10 to 12 pm. Had heard a lot about it. But wasnt up to expectations. They need better work force and management to deal with customers. They served the order in episodes and forgot the order as well. Lots of delay in the servings. Which can easily turn off your mood. Someone needs to tell them how to prepare the whole order and then do the servings in one go, so people could enjoy together.

I went to this cafe with my Islamabad guest, much bad experience. Even tea was not tasty, much sugar like syrep, even we try 2 another tea, carak tea, green tea, doodh pati. Then Was very insulting moments at front of lady guest, 2nd in whole cafe only was our family there, not joking, also my guest give order hot and cold ice cream but waiter said have no, Even was mentioned in menu this desert.

I really liked the ambiance and atmosphere, staff was very cooperative but service is slow dead slow and they had launched some new items in their menu..I tried: Fillet Cheese Sandwich (7/10) Rs.349 Alfredo Pasta (9/10) Rs.399 Plain Fries (8/10) Rs.179 Dodh Pati (9/10) Rs.99.Fillet cheese sandwich was just average as there was very less amount of cheese and chicken in it and it was cold.Alfredo pasta was delicious, creamy and full of flavor with good quantity of grilled chicken.Fries were good.Ended my meal with tea and it was really very good best place for tea lovers.

Worst Management. Stuck in parking for an hour due to thier mismanagement. Someone parked behind my car and went somewhere and manager was not taking his responsibility. Worst place.

This is the first time I visited this place even though I live nearby. The reason I have given it 3 stars is because of few reasons. #1. The staff here is unprofessional, inexperienced and rude - reason, I have asked them multiple things and they couldnt reply me. I was giving my order and before i was done the waiter walked away.#2. I understand I visited them on weekend it was crowded but still it took them 43minutes to serve me 3 cups of tea.#3. The order we received was not at all acceptable. We ordered karak chaye and we received cold doodh Patti. Secondly no one was there to address it. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because of the location and ambiance which was really good. This can be improved.

Ambience was four star. Didnt give 5 stars because of slow service and staff was not responding properly when asked something. Food was decent. Ive had better cardamom teas at some other places. Overall it was relaxing sitting at terrace.

A new place near my home.. to be honest quite impressed by the arrangements, nice comfortable seating although its open. Good ambience at night. And super super good food. Rumour is that the head chef is from X2 Cafe. Not confirmed though. And its real inexpensive. Like a full fledge beef burger for just 250 RS, cardamom tea for just 80 RS. What more to expect Timing 6 PM to 2 AM.
