Upon arrival I was asked to hand over my car keys to the valet. I thanked them and said that I would park the car myself. I was pointed towards an area which was quite far away from the restaurant. What it meant was that if I hand over the keys to valet, he will park my car in front of the restaurant and if I dont do that, I will be at my own and will have to search for a parking place.The restaurant area has been divided in two parts, ie. China Town which is Chinese food and Jade for the Italian. Though the ambiance and decor is reasonable but overall, they have cramped spaces.The standard of food is average. We offered dishes in beef, fish and prawns. Some of the dishes were too hot and spicy.The serving standard is fairly good but they would be better off placing the food on the table and letting the customers help themselves because their waiters are not well trained to do the serving efficiently. Most of the time they put something in your plate not the way you like it but the way they prefer.Prices are a bit on the higher side and it will cost you 1200 to 1800 per person.

Very good food and ambiance. The place is slightly expensive but the food is really really good and the ambiance is really nice. We ordered chicken parmigiana which was very very juicu and saucy and had the perfect amount of cheese on it. Also ordered chicken schezuan and rice which was also very very good. The servings are huge and one dish os enough for 2 people. Their karak and doodh patti are a must try. The mamager however was extremely rude and the service is pathetic you need to wave like an idiot for 5 minutes jist to get their attention

Very small parking, have to hand over your keys to the valet which can be dangerous.Food prices are very high and food quality is very low.Dont have any fresh juices or water based drinks. Ordered lemonade and was served lemonade made with syrup rather than lemons.Everything was oily.The onion rings, pickles and lettuce with the Jade Special beef burger were given seperately.Really bad experience.Only good thing was the Caramel Pudding.

Well the taste of cafe is excellent. Dont forget to order cream of mushroom and chicken soup. Ambient environment and educated, well mannered friendly staff make you feel comfortable and you can relax there to forget about daily life hussle. It is located at very prime area of Lahore i.e., DHA. The food hub is full of variety but China town must be experienced to give your family or friends a quality time.

I love this place.Tried many items from their menu and always left with a feeling of satisfaction.They have two main issues, first of all the sitting is a bit less as it should be expanded both indoor and outdoor.The other issue is with their tea, I dont know why it becomes cold in a small amount of time. They should work on it.Food quality is excellent. Specially Chicken Parmesan and Jade Special.Overall experience is satisfactory. But there is always a room for improvement.

Food was excellent. The missing star is for lack of attentiveness of serving staff. Were being reminded of things, which should have come in natural workflow. Little tight on space on the 2nd floor. For short height person sofa to table height ratio not good.

Ordered Thai soup, creamy parmesan chicken pasta and jade special crispy crust French toast.Thai soup was excellent in taste However, pasta was too hot and really killed the taste. Presentation was okFrench toast were bland and bad presentation.

I would strongly recommend if you have hard earned money then don’t visit this restaurant. This is my second experience, quality below average and quantity very less. A chicken dish which should cost not more than Rs 200/- is being sold for 900/-. When complained they apologised and blamed chef. Decided not to visit this restaurant and recommend avoid dinning, unless you are having access money and no other option.

Jade is always a delightful experience no matter what time of the day you visit. The breakfast is heavenly, with both sweet and savory options. I love the chae that they serve. My go-to lunch order is the Tuscan Chicken. A friend introduced me to their strawberry cheese cake and it is DIVINE! Great place to hang out. The aesthetics are very artistic and everyone who goes to Jade loves their black and white photo wall! Highly recommend to try it out if you havent already.

I had a terrible experience after visiting the defense phase 4 branch. Things I observed; the new location is not spacious and is cramped. I used to frequently visit their Gulberg branch for breakfast but unfortunately thing have gone down hill since they relocated. Probably financial issues. Still it does not explain why eggs were undercooked. And the washroom was worse than what you can expect in railway stations and bus stops. Needless to say I will not be visiting Jade in the near future. Ps; I would have given negative stars if possible.

Good choice for breakfast entrees. Speedy service with polite, trained and friendly staff. Appropriate for visiting with kids. Impressive presentation as per local standards (which arent any btw). Air conditioning was very poor there was as a lot of heat although two ACs were working. Table was rocking which spilled coffee and wasnt a pleasant experience to eat food on an unbalanced table.There was a fly which was continuously sitting on food, it was identified though but I guess they were waiting for us to leave before addressing it.Good experience and acceptable value for money in terms of quantity and taste.Mix chai was really good.

Never had such a bad experience ever , my drinks were not asked , got my drinks after i almost finished the food .Re ordered Sechuan fish but they served me juha fish .Chowmein taste less , plus i complaint about it and in return i got a full extra spicy chowmein .PATHETIC SERVICE . 1)Nutella French toast was just plain bread with nutella nothing special.2)Chicken fajita omlate was good, the cheese and chicken stuffing tasted good with the eggs.3)Cheesy chicken Roulade was really good and the Moroccan sauce complimented the food.4)Ambiance and service of the phase 4 branch is also pretty exceptional.

Jade Cafe and China Town are own by sane but two different thing, China Town is an average Chinese Food taste while Jade is very good food place and develop them self in last couple of years, Jade mostly serve western type of all day break fast and some continental M M alam road types dishes , remember every dish if every resturant cant be good , few will be very good , few will be normal and few will be average, I like most at Jade is thier western Beef/Chicken Shakshuka and thier Peshwar Qahwa, both are excellent, more compare to M M alam road resturant trend( serve less quantity and charha extra High for phooka C chicken ) Jade quantity, taste and price are economical , this a must try place , thier pizza and couple of other chicken dishes are also very good

Misleading!Selling really small size burger bun without blackseeds which has been shown in advertising photos.

It was an ok experience.I had penne arrabiata and I’ve had better for the same price point but i did like the variety.The staff was very clumsy. I would’ve given four stars if not for the staff’s inefficiency.Their home delivery service is really good though.Food is delivered nicely packed and fresh.Even better than the one i had at their restaurant.

The service, place, food, everything deserves a five star. This branch is small, yes, but its well-maintained. The food is great. The prices, well, not so much now. Its started to get pricier but they somehow justify it with their good service and food. The staff, especially the manager is very cooperative and polite. They get your food ready on time and I dont remember if Ive ever been disappointed with their food or service. My favorite item from their menu is spinach and feta panini. Chinatown is also good. Its more spacious and equally tasty. Their Schezwan Chicken and Hot n Sour soup are my favorite.

The seating is cosy and nice, buffets are also available, the staff is gentle and food is good, nothing bad in giving a try, I ordered pizza (their special one) which turned out to be good. Can accommodate group lunches etc

Food was okay. I have had better Chinese food in Lahore. This outlet has several issues like bad ambiance, minimal hygiene and most importantly, there was no water in the washrooms during my visit. And when complained to the staff, they were of no help.

I had a wonderful time there with family. For appetizers, we had the buffalo wings with garlic mayo sauce. The wings were ok, but the sauce was delicious. Also, the serving of the appetizer was surprisingly small. Then I had the chicken parmigiana which was divine and I was surprised at how soft the chicken was. The chicken immediately melts in your mouth when you take a bite of the chicken. The chicken parmigiana had a portion of spaghetti with it. The sphaghetti was ok, nothing special, it tasted more like Maggi Noddles but with more spice. The tarragon chicken is also recommended. For dessert, there was the classic sweet molten lava cake with ice cream. The atmosphere was ok but the seating was quite nice. The prices are ranged from PKR 600-1000/- per dish.

Really enjoyed the food, however, it was quite certain from the way the waiters were that its not place youd want to hang out at with your friends once youre done eating. It was apparent that we were looked at as overstaying their welcome. Which is fair enough considering its a restaurant and not a cafe. The foods good, but their lattes need work. Tasted as if it contained exactly one grain of coffee in a pint.

But the service was comparatively poor, as It took really long for the order to come. N it didnt come in one go. It seemed the were short of trained staff. N in jade cafe. It was too crowded to sit. Which was a disappointing. Had to settle with takeout

The best club sandwich since Hob Nob! Reasonably priced and fresh cole slaw, which unfortunately is a rarity in Lahore. The Paninis were great too but as an expat, the humble little club sandwich is what we miss most and this one really hit the spot.

Awesome place, amazing food. This is my go to when I get bored with every other food place I know. But the staff ignores you once it gets too crowded. For instance I went there with my brother, and no one even bothered bringing us the menu, since tables of 5+ guests were being catered to and no one really cares about two boys wanting good food. Had to get up and leave, even then no one bothered asking why.

Well, thought to try jade this time...Though we had to wait outside for ten minutes or more so that they get a table free for us as they have limited sitting area.Tried their steak and cheese sticks as a starter...Sticks were delicious ,but the steak chicken was a little undercooked.Ambiance was nice...Overall, will consider going there once again...

Segafredo coffee pulled me in to the place, I loved the coffee but can’t say much about the rest of the food. Ambiance was great but the menu was just too common, I mean I wouldn’t specifically go to this place for something awe-spiring ! Yet, will go over for a normal days meal and the food is well portioned, has taste and flavor
