Good thing about this departmental store that it accepts Card payments.I wish they offer discounts like other big store (Carrefour) and take online orders with free delivery.

Shopping is very easy under one roof and the goods quality is excellent the prices are reasonable from other stores also the bakery items and fast food is delicious

Zero covid19 SOPs being followed. No mask compulsion. No temperature check at entrance. No sanitizer.I was treated very badly by one of their staff members. Will not change the rating until I get a proper formal apology and the employee is disciplined.Details: I picked a couple of items. But some other things from my list werent available. So I put back the two items I initially picked and went to the store next-door (which had courteous staff and all the items missing from Sadaf). After a few minutes of shopping in the other store a SDS guy comes over and takes to the sales lady in the other store. Says the suspected I took a mesely 200 RS item without paying for it. I was insulted and it made me angry. I offer my bag and turned my pockets inside out right on the spot. And he had the audacity to suggest it could be in my trousers pockets. Talked to the manager. He offered a mild apology. No actual action taken. They surely lost a customer. An entire family of customers in fact.

They dont offer discounts like other big departmental stores.

A lot more shops offer much cheaper rates on everything but it is a place where you can get anything in one go.
