On the face, its a fancy brand with reasonable suits for men. Is the price tag worth it? Thats arguable but what is for sure is that they dont respect due date given by them at their mentioned price. They just try to capture the customer even if they have to lie and make impractical promises. Such tactics are used by street vendors not by established brand where people expect some courtesy. My recommendation is that do your homework and if you really want to buy from these liars, do not tell them when you need it or best just avoid them.

Absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional, to say the least. Ordered around 4-5 shirts online at the end of July but still havent received them even on correspondence through email and their E-commerce manager apparently apologising for the delay weeks ago. Whats the point of your E-Com when you cant cater to online orders or Sales at all?If there was an option, Id be giving 0 star to them for such lunacy and incompetence.

Usually, when we order online we are always disappointed but that is NOT the case with Rici Melion. My online order was beyond perfection. I ordered a suit online. It was an amazing experience. Online staff guided me very properly regarding the size. The suit was delivered on time and when i checked the quality it was just FAB. In fact to my surprise, the suit was better in reality as compared to the images on website which happens rarely lol. :POnly one thing is that the prices are high but they definitely promise you value for money.

Got my brothers suit made from Rici Melion. We have tried clothing from various designers but when it comes to quality of fabric and stitching, weve had no better experience than Rici Melion. They have very unique designs and amazing staff.We have never been more satisfied. Would definitely go again to get more stuff.

Terrible and disappointed!All staff have great attitude and they warm welcome you for the first time only and make you quotation for 75K in your hand which normal costs 25-30.Local and cheap stuff they use if they dont show you the Material and discuss design only.Also fitting and tailor is unprofessional and nothing will fit with your body gesture. Specially if you are little bit healthy.I wouldnt recommend Becuz you wont get a feel of wearing something good and expensive.Not recommended at all.

I went to their store incidently, that day I was really depressed because i wasnt able to get a proper dress with a reasonable price according to my budget and I got fed up and sad that I might have to wear one of my old clothes at my brothers wedding. Anyways, one of my friends called me on MM ALAM road for a dinner that day. He recommended me to have a visit at RICI MELIONs store. Reluctantly, i agreed to him just to have a look. The warm welcome and humble staff just at the entrance of store lightened my mood and made me forget my misery of past days. And at the very first glance, I liked Prince Suit as per my requirements and desires in every sense. Woah what A fine outfit it was!The suit was excellent in every sense. Price was slightly high but friendly staff and quality of the product made me buy it for definite reasons. I heard about many of the suiting brands in Pakistan, I had to decide from whome i should shop, So I visited Rici. The quality and stardard they provided me that was fabulous, very wider range of suiting stuff with phenomenal colors that didnt let me to go anywhere..I bought suits from Rici and now i have to say this has been tremendous experience i have ever had with any brand, the good things which i wanna share about Rici is the Service they provides to customer is just priceless and other is pure Quality and standard which customer alwasy looking for in any Brand..for Me Rici is the one of the best and finest Suiting Brand in Pakistan.These arent my words but their Quality speaks itself !

Hello people of Islamabad! I was highly disappointed with this brand *Rici Melion* located at Beverly Center, Islamabad.I ordered a pair of shoe on 21st September and my delivery date was 3rd October.First they said that they never committed 3rd and said they will deliver it on 4th but again they apologized for not delivering on 4th and promised to give it on the event day.Guess what ! The shoes were not ready on the event day either. I paid the full amount in advance but still didnt get my shoes.I was highly disappointed with their sense of business and lack of commitmentPlease stay away from this brand and never believe on their commitments.

It is a small brand shop. It has a great ambiance actually with expensive items. Quality of items looks good.

Low standard service and sale

I was happy with my suit and the fittings, everything was perfect, until the sales person told me that he is going to bring the suit down to the parking with me.. I was forcing him not to do so but he insist...I took it as a respect gesture, but when he put the suit in my car, he straightly said Sir, meri mithayi dede, I mean like WTF man... you are working for such a huge brand and you earned your sales commission by selling me this extremely expensive suit, and yet you have the audacity to ask me for MITHAY...I was extremely disappointed with those words coming out of his mouth, I am not going to say any names... but you guys need to train your sales persons... Tell them the meaning of professionalism!

Had to get a sherwani made for my sisters wedding. Picking Rici Melion was honestly the best decision Ive ever made. The quality of the fabric was excellent and the sherwani was tailored to perfection. These guys dont make clothes, they make art.

The server at the boutique was helpful. The overall collection was light years behind proper suiting. Paindu collection and exorbitant rates.

What a ridiculous experience, all talk with no clue on what they are doing. Fonished my suit Im several tries, and still not proper fit. Rather than accepting mistakes they tried to sell me wrong fall on trouser and even disaligned buttons on waistcoat. And best of all .... They kept on arguing thats the way it should be!!!! Worst after sales service. My biggest mistake i bought sherwani from here. Today i went for simple alterations ( size ) and they asked for 8500 rs.I mean are these guys for real? Back then i bought sherwani for 100,000 aprox and they didnt even bother to alter it without any charge. Ok if they want to charge they can charge 1000 or max 2000 but 8500!!Ps. Their cloth quality is also very poor. I just wore it once and it seems like i wore it 100 times. Will never recommend to anyone.

Quite expensive without justifying with quality. And they dont own their mistakes by calling you for suits try for around 4 times and justify it to be normal. And their tailors dont follow the guidelines and make things quite opposite. Their manger does not take the responsibility of anything when you ask him about late delivery he says I am dealing with marketing, so thats not my fault. When you ask him nobody is attending us and the guy just left in the middle of taking measurements he says mein isko mismanagement nahi kahongaDefinitely, wont recommend it!Customer service: 2/10 Value for money: 4/10 Quality of Services: 2.5/10
