The 5000km service of Alto 2020 was very smooth. The team was very helpful and technical as well. No talking, just working policy.I read some of the reviews which are very bad, I don’t know what happened with them, but when I saw Suzuki Raiwand service and attitude towards customer, I believe they have taught their manpower which is very good.Overall, I had a very good and pleasant experience. Always recommended.

Excellent service as usual.Maintenance plays a vital role while your car is on the move.

For buying new vehicles they have good delivery & operation system. Their requirements of documents is easy and transparent. They are flexible too and cooperate where required. Their marketing staff is reasonable and cooperative. They give you proper guidance for booking, requirement of bank documents, requirement of personal documents etc and help in this regard as well. For new vehicle they provide 1st inspection at 1000 km or 1 month which one come earlier. 2nd inspection after 5000 km or 3 months which one comes earlier. Usually they provide 3 years warranty or 60,000 km for 1000 cc cars. But this warranty can be extended with 4 years & 80,000 km for which they offer 3 times free engine oil & air filter changing.Orders are usually on time but some time got delayed. Like in Covid-19 situation orders usually take 3-5 months. Which in normal days is less than that. It also depend on the model & type of vehicle you need as few model like Cultus AGS new model will take longer time than Cultus Manual keeping in mind the demand & supply.Service is good and fastFaster access to updated modelsFor vehicle repair & maintenace related services they are between average & good. In routine maintenance they are good. But for specific issues related to spear parts they usually refer new spear parts instead of repairing even where repair can do the job. But maintenance staff is technical and goodOverall Good and recommended

So, I had this experience when I visited Raiwand Motors on Jan, 16th. They did not have Swift Disc Plates available, but somehow they committed and asked me to drive in. However, after 2-3 hours of struggle they couldnt manage to arrange those parts.Next day, after this review and rating, they called me and asked me visit them again as now the parts available. So, all is well now, lets see how these new parts goes on.

Suzuki raiwind motors is the last place I want to take my car. There way of dealing is not professional. The mechanics are not that experienced. They linger on the work hence increasing the time. And in the last when you go for payment, there is always some issue. Either the items have not been entered properly or there is a mistake in the bill and you have to wait for 10 - 15 minutes more before the issue can be sorted.

There services are pathetic and they cant do what they are capable off. Their Body/maintainence department is full of negative and fraud people they lie to you with so much easy that u cant do any thing. Even the number given for complaints in this section belongs to their friends so you can get a pretty much idea how things work there.. not recommended at all.. picture clearly shows how much damage was done but they couldnt pull it off and disappointed several times.. 3 days committment prolonged to 1 month..

Pathetic service. When u call their number either busy or when picked no one dare to talk a long period of silence.I went for replacement of my back light Mian Shahid excused tthat there is no electricity after 2 hours of wait and asked to come tomorrow other day they said their store keeper is out and will arrive after 1:00.next day they excused container is not arrived at this site and will be here after 4.other day simply didnt pick up the phone even I tried many times after 2 3 hours pause.

After Engine Oil i suggest to have free of cost Car Wash.

The work is good. But processes are not well defined. Small works take long time to complete. If you just want to do service u need at least 3 to 4 hours whereas its a matter of half hour only. Workers are professional. Material quality is good but not all materials are available all the time.

Tried their car detailing and wax center today. They are doing awsome job in reasonable charges

I came here for Cambering and wheel alignment. The technician is not able to do alignment. He is trying to convince me that road is not straight or I am not keeping wheelstair straight. But he agreed finally that there is still problem in alignment and he is not able to solve the issu.

You got to be careful with billing and the work done, always review the bill.
