Building is really nice but the system is same old, mundane and slow. Staff is not oriented towards customer services. But not bad for mcb if they are churning the numbers well.

I have account in this branch for last two years earlier it was good because of its manager Jazal but now bad experience irresponsible branch worst branch of MCB bank closing all my family accounts go to hell

Reached in branch today for cash withdrawal. Wasted almost 4 hours but still I have to wait for several more hours. Worst bank in the Pakistan with worst timing wasting services. Mian Mansha the owner of MCB bank is making people fool with old banking system.

Its Muslim commercial Bank. MCB is located inside of Emporium Mall by Night Group at Johar Town Lahore. The bank timing is 09:00am to 11:00pm, this bank is opened 7 days in a week. The bank staff is very cooperative and peaceful with everyone. Its very beautiful bank and mentioned all systems are digtal operat displays and tokens etc.

It was my bad experience to open an account in this branch.. Really disappointed, Untrained and irresponsible staff. Never ever attend phine calls on PTCL number.

Good building, it has lot of options for shopping especially brand liking people can visit. It also has cinema and and huge food court. Moreover a place for rides and play area for kids.

Most stupid service by these guys (not talking about branch.. I am complaining the system).... please dont open account here.. Stupid call service that is always busy.. Stupid servers and systems that do not work when accidentally they pick your call. Then They have most sick mobile apps. even their messages arrive after a lot of time while network has full signals....

Elegant Branch interior, work 7days a week, with extented hours to 11pm. Co-operative staff, no quenes good for late hour operations.
