Bad customer service

Although a big name in banking field with a number of branches nationwide as well as worldwide yet most of its branches mostly remains crowded and people here face many issues, one of the biggest is time wasting, which is quite common here. Often system failures also create problems for customers but one of their good things and plus points is their ATM machines, which provide quite satisfactory services throughout the day and night. Need further improvements and especially their grey areas need quick improvements

Very poor Service. Staff doesnt help customers rather avoid customers.

Its Saturday, they showed on website that this branch will open at 10:30am and will be closed at 1:00pm. I went to this branch at 11:00am but there is board on out of branch where is written that (Branch Closed). I am very disappointed from there this punctuality. You have to show some responsibility, punctuality and discipline.Very Bad Experience very bad.....

Poor of the poorest, no relationship build, every next day system down. or person doesn`t want to help he will give you A, B , C answers... or will excuse usimply Atrocious MCB

Too much crowded employees are not working properly to satisfy costemers

Good Bank but a crowded place , sometimes having system failures so they ask to vist other MCB branches.

This is Zahid Yasin I am having my account maintained at Baghbanpura Branch in Lahore the operation manager Mr. tanveer has not at all been cooperative he have declined my cheque in my physical presence and I requested him many times and that is really unprofessional way of dealing with customer and once I called him now he did not even bother to talk

The employees of this bank avoid customers. Just Another average bank

So late this banks is not good for de posited wait for time and then deposit the money

Waste of time, mcb has very bad reputation, their staff and call center has no valid information
