Little better sitting arrangements inside the branch but no arrangement for persons waiting outside the branch due to COVID-19

I have nice experience in HBL Iqbal Town barnch

Most Jahil and rude staff with no ethic and manner, they dont even serve on merit basis(Token System). all employees are hired through nepotism.

They are worst ever. I have my payment block for more than 20 days and continue, they not even bother to listen only LARAY. Please never open a account in HBL if you have online transactions or wire transactions from overseas.

ATM always out of cashParking is problem

Good customer services

Not a great bank

Just a Random bank
