PIA seats are slightly better now. There is no social distancing at all, so crowded in flight and at airport. Good thing is they are giving priorities to families. Parking entrance and exit were crowded.But you will get Parking easily.

Its good but they need to improve mobility of vehicles. You have to wait a lot just go to the airport because of security checking and asking questions. If they can have multiple security gates then this can go smooth.

It is always a pleasure to be there for receiving our beloved ones.There is a need of modern equipment to be installed in summer and specially when there is fog. Today I visited there and was surprised to see that all the flights that are ready to land and fly were cancelled or route diverted due to fog. Lot of people were angry and disturbed due to this. Specially people who were come over there from out of city.

Nice and advance airport but not facilities. I want to suggest Pakistan government visit Turkish Istanbul new airport after that make airport at advance level .There is no food court some food brand should be on airport waiting area .I love all Turkish airports they have all facilities.

Great operational and tidy airport. Staff is friendlier than in most other Pakistani airports. Thank you for making the exit a pleasant experience. The entry, however, I was treated poorly by immigration officials; much like a criminal and not a travel writer promoting the country. Maybe something to work on? Otherwise, well done

This is closest airports to my holiday location, I prefer this airport to any other airport bkz its less crowded, plus better environment, only found more polluted this city, but airport is v tidy and clean atmosphere, best place of this nice little decorated with beautiful calligraphy on wall

The security protocols are very tight and they ask you to remove all metallic items like wrist watch, belt, pen, wallet, mobile phone etc. Sometimes they even ask you to remove your shoes if it has metal in it. So plan your outfits accordingly. The airport is neat and clean and offers snacks and gifts at reasonable prices.

Allama Iqbal International Airport is the third busiest airport of Pakistan after Karachi and Islamabad. Keeping in view the rapid increase in flight operations, the aviation authorities held expansion of the airport which completed last year with an increased parking facility and better passenger handling.Despite being the third busiest airport of the country, this airport has very basic facilities. Flight operations get halted in the months of December and January due to dense fog.

Everything is good and so is the service. The only thing is being from London and coming from Heathrow Airport, its really sad how here you have to leave your family at the entrance. Unlike in Heathrow you can book your bags and wait a few hours with your family before going through security and getting to the actually boarding waiting room.

International airport with state of art facilities. It has been built almost a decade back. Ample Parking and other necessary services.

The airport is covering good enough area and build beautifully. But the very bad thing is that there is no place to sit, not even a single chair. The toilet rooms are so much small. Also there is no restaurant in airport area.

Overall efficient staff but apart from main staff everyone else is just trying to make money even the cleaners from the toilet are begging and asking for money and even while you are sitting in boarding area staff is just gathering around you and trying to manipulate to make money out of passengers, this whole thing just gives a really bad impact and make your stay at the airport annoying and disturbing so authorities must work on it and must employ proper staff. And yes the airport website must mention clearly whats allowed and whats not while travelling out of country.

I am very inspired by the seeing here the cleanliness and safety standards according to COVID-19 . They sanitized floors after half hour passing , they even stop people here to meet or touch anybody. The staff again and again announce to maintain social distancing here even put their effort to guide every single person. Gathering is not allowed here. Happy to see that Pakistan is doing good to keep safe and sound every person here. I have been there for receiving my relative and shocked to see empty airport. Flights are coming here from all over the world. But i have to mention here one thing , the rates of tuc shops, snack shops , bar and flower shops are little bit Expensive from the local market. So anybody go there try to purchase items from outside the airport before going aur after exit. This is small issue i felt here. The authority must be focus on these bad things or try to entertain customer on their local needs on cheap rates of items. They should must be open a local handy craft showcase or showroom to promote our local culture. Lahore Airport is so boring as a architectural point. CAA must do some interesting things in the waiting area , main hall. Must put some art pieces, banners, interesting art works, designs. That people can enjoy their free time when they are waiting for flights.

Very spacious and full of facilities international airport. A huge car parking is there. Cabs with professional shofars are also available furthermore all the necessary facilities including canteen, bookshop, giftshops etc are also present.Separate entrance for in coming and out going flights to avoid any congestion in rush hours. Linked with main arteries of the city so well approached and connected facility.

Allama Iqbal airport provides good facilities and its very well maintained . I have just visited in COVID time and it was very well managed .

One of the worst airports Ive ever visited. I was so polite still the staff was rude and misbehaving. They asked me to fill some forms but online. What if a person does not have network? I had almost missed my flight but thanks to my friend who gave me his sim and I managed to fill forms online. I will never choose this airport again. Islamabad is so much better. The staff needs to learn to be polite and respectful. I hope they learn a lesson soon.

Security is cooperative. SOPs are followed. Dont know what to say in a review for an airport.This is not a place for fun and giggles. Government has invested a lot in these kind of places and you can see the place is well maintained.I hope government take care of railways the same way they take care of airports.

A very busy airport but provide more facilities though....

When Ive arrived in the airport is that their was lots of rubbish and litter on the floor. Also its very busy and gives problems of you trying to get out due to the long queue. But I like how the airport looks like its very nice building but needs alot of work done.

Everytime you visit, there is a change in parking area or entry/exit area. But now it way better from outside, havent experienced inside.

Well managed Airport with newly extended parking lot. There is an acute u turn towards exit.You have to pay twice, once at the checking point and then for the parking.

Visited after a year. Tunnel is opened to get to the airport. They have constructed many new roads. Parking work is in process.some contractions work is still pending

Large pakring area and with well planned exit and entrance .But the people used to through wrappers and other grabage stuff in the parking area, making this place little mocky. Other than this, the washrooms in waiting room were rushy and smelling.

As soon as I arrived at the airport, I was approached by a VIP lounge staff member to pay 2500 rupees for the lounge and get queue free entry. He also promised me a receipt of my payment. I agreed because I thought he must authorised and there must be a system in place. The man made me jump the queue at every stage. The people in queue were very angry at me and the officers. One of his colleague had the same arrangement with a group passengers. They had some deal with the officers. I realised that he was doing all this unofficially but it was too late. The problem is the airport staff and immigration officers were fully part of this set up. Sham on them for feeding haram to their children. The airport authority must take action against such people and have strict rules in place. Overall airport is good.

There shud be designated smoking area...this is an international terminal and no facility...instead, cafe ppl n janitors are providing illeagal space for smoking...which is very bad for pakistan reputation...highly secured area and such illeagal activities :(

Very good experience! We arrived from Riyadh today and the Arrivals process was very smooth. Health certification and immigration was efficient, bags arrived quickly and the porter was very helpful. We were out in 15mins!

During this time of Covid-19, good precautionary measures were in place, hand sanitizing sprays n lotions were being offered to the travellers, airport authorities did a good job, ... but some more effort needs to be done where porters and some airport staff members are concerned... even though there were signs for Social Distancing, it was not being followed by them... they were creating a mess by ignoring it... Authorities, please look into it... I love Pakistan and I want it to be an examplary country, inshallah..

I came yesterday. Due to covid precautions around 50-60 passengers were allowed to disembark the plane at one time. Consequently, we waited around 40 minutes in the plane as I was towards the end of the plane.Therefore, till the covid situation improves, please keep in mind it will take around 2 hours from the time plane lands and you walk out of the airport with your luggage.

Due to extra flights, that were to cover up the missed flights due to Fog, there was rush of cars while entering the parking area. This caused a traffic jam. It took us 30 minutes to enter the parking tol gate and sgain 40 minutes to exit parking.Those passengers who were to depart out of Lahore, had to abandon their trsnsport, pick their luggage over their heads and walk a long distance to catch their flight. Passengers leaving during foggy days must cater for this delay.

A Beautiful and clean Airport of Pakistan.The workers of this Airport are nice and help all the passengers well in time.

This is the airport of 2nd largest city of Pakistan but unfortunately its condition is not good. When you enter the airport you will see a mess of traffic. After checking you enter the car parking which is again a mess. People park the cars whereever they want blocking the flow of traffic. No one is present there to properly manage the parking. Even when you want to get out from the airport you will wait in a long queue. Shop located at airport is selling a normal juice bottle in Rs 130 which is available outside the airport in Rs 50. More than double price! In simple words I will say that the general public is being treated poorly at the airport. We pay tax & we pay Rs 70 for car parking but in return we get no quality service.

Allama Iqbal International airport is the Largest airport of Pakistan. It fulfills the all international standards. I always enjoyed when visited here.

Lahore airport is now in better condition good safety for transportation

I love lahore but this airport is not worthy of ‘international’ stature. Poorly maintained, dark, dirty, and unable to handle more than one international flight at a time. Nobody is following guidelines for COVID prevention. Luggage claim is always a disaster and will give you intense anxiety. I wish they soon realize that it doesn’t meet the requirements of an international airport anymore.

Its a Fabulous experience now as i came here last time some of its area is under constructions but this time a lot of changes makes a best easy route to come to Allama Iqbal International airport so its a wonderful experience and i really recommended it to others who come here from outside the Lahore city.

Ofcourse its the best option to depart and arrive in Pakistan... Love Pakistan

Gives a pretty bad first impression of the city, some tips for travelers:1) Say no to any porter, helper, taxi driver, cleaner etc.you meet on your way out. Otherwise be ready to pay in AED or USD as per their request2) Do not use taxis there, if need be use metro taxi there, which despite being overpriced still has a meter3) Pre-Order UBER/CAREEM if you don’t already have someone at the airport to pick you up4) AGAIN Be ready to say NO to any help, unless you are prepared to give an unnecessary tip5) It will be in your own interest to avoid any unnecessary argument with an airport official, follow the rules and avoid acting as a smarty pantIt is the administration’s job to free the place from touts, who unnecessarily heckle the passengers
