Just a moment before making payment I decided to open and check the inverter ac. Its outdoors condenser fins were a total mess and the person still claiming that its all right. Its not a problem.Seriously if you are spending handsome amount you wont buy faulty product. Just like you paying for a new car but car has a scratch on it so what would you do?

Worst customer care made complaint for my new AC no one contacted its been more than 3 daysworst service third class products

Very very very poor customer service. made complain for my new ac 3 days ago, abi tk na koi aya na ksi ny contact kia.

After sale service was pathetic. I bought new ac ultron max couple of days ago but now its showing error E1 on front panel. 3 din se koi b ni aya thek krny. Mere bchy grmi me so rhy hain

They are professional thieves.POOR product and POOREST service.Never buy Orient products. They will sell you garbage and will never provide you warranty service. The person who come to visit for warranty repair knows nothing and is only interested in getting more money from you for visit.

Very poor service provider regarding installation of AC. Very much annoyed with their workman ship.They did not keep their promise on time.Send inexperience technicians for job.

Nearest orient factory outlet to my home reasonable prices and the manager guided me perfectly and i bought a 1.5 ton inverter ac on her recommendation which is working perfectly :)

I had a worst experience of buying refrigerator from this orient outlet. They delivered me the refrigerator without warranty card. Upon inquiring them about warranty card they told me that it will be delivered to you through courier. Despite informing them several times I didn’t yet received that warranty card. Every time I visited the shop, they told me that orient have recently made the shifting due to which all printing work has stopped. Finally after 5-6 months they told me that didn’t worry about the warranty card there will be no issue if I have the original purchase slip with me.One of my colleagues visited the same outlet to buy LED TV from them and he talked to them about warranty card with my reference. Orient staff completely denied accepting their fault. They told him that it is not possible that I didn’t have received the warranty card with my refrigerator when they delivered it.

They are professional thives. be safe dont go their as they represent themself as orignal orient outlet but they are not. I am thinking to sue them.In ramadan they are making haram money. I was upset for many days after going overe their.before going also check their rating there are lots off 1 stars so be carefull if anyone want a proof of teir fraud i will provide them.

One of the worst companies in pakistan. Bought the ultron series. Need to get things fixed every year. A total nuisance

My cousin go there for job but the owner lady and her husband have no guts for talking someone. They abuse and also work day and night. I just hate it.

Over rated prices at the outlet.. abid market had different prices

Worst service everI have bought a glossy silver DC inverter from this outlet a couple of days back, first thing they did is that they delivered the indoor unit which had scratched glass on the whole front. I hardly got the second unit after proper inspection at their outlet on the second day.Secondly, the people they send for installation of the unit are just too illiterate to find a simple way to your home. And they owner of the installation team had even verbally abused me during the conversation.I would never recommend anyone to buy an AC from here to avoid such non-professional behaviour of the personnel working there!

Very bad experience my remote was not having the back cover and I was pink plonked between the complainant centre and dealer as dealer was not knowing how to tackle the situation

The sales staff specially the lady keeps on making false promises and claims at time of sales and then they back off from all written promises without any regrets also bargains price like any other regular shop i doubt its official outlet ....I bought from them thinking this is company outlet but it turned out to be worst experience of life will not buy any thing from orient in near future

I bought DC inverter from this place today.Totally nonsense people, dont honour commitment at all.And amazing thing is sales staff keeps on putting blame on thier colleagues shoulders and customer dont know whats happening.Worst experience. Wouldnt recommend anyone.
