Today is the 2nd day of its opening and the crowd is too much that its very hard to walk-in. At 12AM they were announcing that we have to close now but people are still busy in buying things. They have covered the all variety from household to crockery, clothing, electronics, medicine, beauty and much more. Interestingly the clothing is of such a good quality and articles were different from normal market but prices are really very satisfying. We spent almost 2 hours. No-one is on window shopping everybody is having so much stuff in cart. They have a parking of 2 basements and Rs.50 ticket for cars. The promotion is going on spending Rs.7500 we will get a chance of luck draw for various gifts. Bakery items are also good, fresh and tasty. I have taken a burger that was really tasty and fresh.

All household needs under one roof. The store is a bit tricky and arrangement of goods is not good but prices are relatively lower. Staff is cooperative and well behaved.Recommended

I would given 5 stars had the aisle space was comfortable to move around. Some places were real congested. The store, otherwise, offers everything under one roof which is a big convenience. Overall a good experience. Prices are attractive too. Very helpful and energetic staff.

A newly opened store with very reasonable prices, 10% lower prices than open market.Visit now to grab some affordable groceries and eatables. Imtiaz Pharmacy is also attached inside plaza. Very quick billing services and quality fresh vegetables and fruits. Opens at 11am and closes at 10pm.

I think this is one of best shopping store of Pakistan.Every household needs under one roof.The quality and variety of items is so good. All the prices of items is 10-20 percent lower than others. Staff is very cooperative and well mannered.Highly recommended

Starting from Valet parking which is smooth, choice in every item from grocery to electronics to their own clothing range is great. What wins my heart as they had their own spices range that is unique and gives you the same aroma in taste as you are buying it directly from Express Market Karachi. A new super store chain started it’s operation in lahore. But they need to work on many things. Not able to handle large crowd. Biggest problem is half the groceries are on lower ground floor and half on ground floor. They must move at-least complete grocery section on one floor and other departments on other floor. I would prefer going to other store due to convenience.

A very Famous Name from Karachi is in Lahore now. Prices are Good, Quality of Merchandises are Good the Staff are very cooperative and everything is manages nicely. The problem is the Place they choose is not so right. The Approach and the Parking is very hard to reach to. The Space inside is very Congested that fells suffocated. The Elevator between the floors are so specious but still you have to wait in lines for long time. They Need a bigger and better Place I hope that they will grow and have more branches in Lahore.

Imtiaz store is super mart shop consist on two floors product quality is very good and price is reasonable good. Only 3 problems1.. Parking is on lowest floor of plaza2. Both floor of mart are very conjusted for this super market3. There is only 2 lift for customers

I visited the Gulberg store 2-weeks before at afternoon time to purchase the multiple items.Totally disappointed . There is no such store in Lahore . After entry parking in the basement, no proper assistance which floor you have to park your car which is full of dust.Also no cash counter those want to make the shopping on the their first floor.For payment you have to come on ground floor for payments.Their IT system is very poor ,facing system down and wait for indefinite time to make exit after your payments.Management coordination with the customers are so poor. They avoid to explain the real problems which I suffered more than 2Hours to make the payments due when you have the grocery for 2 weeks with you.

Today was first day. We went with a hope that our own Pakistani brand is here to challenge METRO & Hyperstar. But was disappointed to witness the service quality. Starting from entrance, parking, lift, price tags, weight counters, service staff, moving one floor to basement, billing. Even no one knew how to guide customer to exit. Every time, they made one single Excuse, today is our first day. Along with this the space to move around does not allow you for a comfortable shopping. There was a lot of staff members, infact more than needed. I suggest them to have quality staff instead of...The first parking floor was for staff, customers had to go to 3rd floor. The boy at weight machine did not have codes of fruits and vegetables. The other boy said, my machine do not have roll to print sticker. The guard in parking misbehaved and was stopped by another staff. Unlike parking at METRO or Hyperstar they will charge Rs. 50 for car park.One product we purchased had smell, so had to leave for birds.AS A CUSTOMER WE MUST UNDERSTAND AND VALUE SERVICE QUALITY, PRODUCTS CAN BE PURCHASED ONLINE TODAY, WHAT REALLY MATTERS IS SERVICE THEY OFFER DURING VISIT.

Not impressed.Congested. Milk carton rates are very high. Juice cartons not available, chips large packs not available.Crockery rates are good. Shoes are also good. Bakery is ok.Entrance and exit are very tricky. Entrance from Parking is also not good.

Better in Price comparison but by the time its going down in terms of price control on some product lines and staff courtesy. They have downsized the staff. Their parking is worst no management i have faced worst parking issue here.

The store is good but you have to be careful not to do unnecessary shopping. Theyve got loads of variety in grocery, fruits, vegetables and crockery etc. The staff is courteous as well but their loyalty card system remains offline most of the time.

Imtiaz store is a good name in departmental stores but the main Gulberg branch is bad store.Tonight was my first visit in this branch and my car parked in B1 , and i vent down by foot to B2 and got lift for inside store, same i reached to my car, got lift for B2 and then go to B1 by foot with shopping trolley. It was very bad bad and bad.I recommend to all , never go to Imtiaz store in Gulberg branch lahore.

Good place. Prices are very reasonable but floor plan is so weird like not customer friendly. And roofs are so low plus always so crowded so it makes me feel claustrophobic especially in times of corona. You have to pay for the parking as well which even though is just 50 rupees but I mean why should I? Its quite a big super market. Atleast parking should be free

Centrally located on the main boulevard Gulberg Lahore, Imtiaz Super Store is a great addition for the population of Gulberg.Some how the advantages of location is causing traffic hazards and congestion as people tend double park their vehicles.Velet services and administrative staff of ISS continue to coordinate and monitor the traffic flow but their ability is limited and unprofessional.Basement car park is a little too narrow for comfort with sharp turns and little illumination and signage. Theres ambiguity either to pay for parking or otherwise. Of course courtesy of the staff leaves a lot to be desired.Maze or a jigsaw puzzle is what the store is all about. All around the stuff is placed haphazardly with no attention or heed paid to a systematic way of doing business. Aisles are clustered with piles over piles of cartons. Space between the two racks is too close for comfort. Commonly used stuff is placed at the rear of the hall where large supporting columns of the building block the already close space.Signage is inadequate and not prominently placed. Theres a large number of staff who has little to do for you. Overly staffed store who not only block your passage but require urgent attention to training in their departments.There however are a great variety of products available but staying on to check them out is challenging.

It opened its second branch in Lahore on 16102020. Visited on 17102020. Getting too much rush. The sales staff is too cooperative. A large of grocer and other household items are availabe. May be a competent for a nearby old super store.

Very over crowded place . Difficult to shop due to less space. It should be more spacious for easy customer movement. Inconvenient parking. I did not liked the place will not come again to much physical energy loss. Not exhausted did not enjoy at all.

It was a good place to shop. They have the most variety of spices available in their store as compare to any other store. Their space is not too big but its not small either. Better than Alfateh Store in Gulberg. Their bakery is also good with a wide range of Dairy, confectionery, salads, panini sandwiches and roasted chicken.

This is a poorly planned place. Let me start this is going to be a long post:1) Worst parking system I have ever seen in my life. Sharp turns while entering and exiting2)Only 1 elevator to take you to the ground b13) Cash registers are on ground floor so when you are done with shopping you have to take your trolly through that single elevator to the ground floor. Imagine the crowding!!4) You cannot go to parking directly from basement, for that purpose you will have first reach ground floor first and then take another elevator to reach parking.In my opinion other malls in Lahore are far better and I havent even discussed the prices and selection of brands available.So decision is yours!!!!

They have a very good range of products but the real problem is the space. The store is very cramped and also the parking is also very cramped. The exits and entries of the store are very confusing and you feel suffocated in the store. So if youre claustrophobic or dont like cramped up spaces then please avoid.

Its a newly opened store near Hafeez Center. It is best known for his discounted rates with the market. Espacially on grossary items. Highly recomended. Please visit once for shopping.The store also provides a loyalty card to their customers who have done shopping equal or more than 7500 rupees. Loyalty card is point card.
