This website is a fraud. I ordered A4Tech G500 Wired Headphone. They were looking very cool so I ordered them. But on that website they were for FREE. It was saying that product is for Rs.0. I still ordered product and they charged Rs.200 for shipping and handling and Rs.100 for cash on delivery. I was waiting for the headphones to arrive. After 24 hours, I called on them, they didnt reply. I emailed them that when will I get the headphones? After a few hours, I got an email saying that product is not even AVAILABLE. What the hell they are talking about. They should tell me before ordering the product but they told me after 24 hours of ordering that product. This is my first and the last time ordering from this website. Shophive is a pathetic website and is completely a fraud. I would recommend you to take advantage of my feedback and not to order anything with this website. If you order than you will definitely regret doing it.

Fraud and totally Fraud. I ordered dash cam which I received after almost 10 days. Out of order cam they deliver and now not responding to my complain and phone call. Plz chose some other shop or website for better use of your money.

Its a front office of an online retail only. You cannot walk in and buy things here.Nasty Rs50 parking fee by plaza which is not validated by any of the shops in the plaza.Note: validation means if you buy domething at any of the stores, the conter person will stamp your parking chit or invoice and you wint be charged the parking fee.

Very Poor customer service and overall poor shopping website, to be honest everything they have is overly priced (compared to local market and even daraz and other websites) and most of the things they have displayed on the website, they dont have them in their store. Wonder what is the purpose of their website, when I have to make 100 asking for the real prices and the availability (believe me 75% of things displayed they dont even have them). If you dont have said thing just dont display on the website why waste time of customers. They are frauds. Everyone should avoid from buying anything from them. I have ordered (order # 100068363) Redmi Note 8 which price on their site is 30000. They call me for confirmation and told me its price increased and I can get it in 32000. I confirmed the order and they have to deliver in next 4 hour. Before delivery again I got call from them and they told me price will be 35000.

Basically its a shopping website physical office. If you opt for self pick a shopped item one can come here to pick.Office hours are 1100 to 1900 hours.A good shopping website with a lot of inventory of branded items. Sometimes price seems to be on higher side but one can have a peace of mind that item will be genuine.

The products listed are expensive than the market price, but are of good quality generally ( no complain so far ). Their website does not work at night time and they refuse to accept this. Seems like they have hosted their website locally and shutdown their servers at night.

Worst Experience. Everybody used to say shopping online is fraud, still i trusted shophive due to their elevated rises on every product. Ordered Mophie 7.5 W wireless charger for PKR 12,000. When i received the charger, it was sealed but on the first look at the charger it looked used, as there were weird scratches and smudge marks on it. If you people are taking great amount of money from us kindly ensure us that you will provide an original product and brand-new..... However, they were courteous enough to take it back.

Ordered a laptop. Now they wont even bother calling me. Told me it was a 3 day process. Its been three days now and they wont even pick my calls now. Shittest dealers in Lahore and Ill recommend that you guys pick someone else.

Great site for online shopping in Pakistan but prices are higher then others and quality is mostly on china basis. Apples products prices higher and quality is unknown. Shophive store is only in Lahore not other big cities like Karachi.

The best place to buy Electronics in pakistan. Shipping is fast in lahore(next day delivery). The customer service is also good. The website is also a good place. The products are all genuine which give greater level of confidence...

Tried to order a wireless mouse from Shophive. Placed the order and paid by bank transfer. It took several days just for them acknowledge that the payment had been received. I had to do this by e-mail since they did not attend their phone. After some more days, I e-mailed again to ask when was my order being shipped and got a reply some time later saying that the product was not available. Amazingly I had to ask myself and their customer service did not bother to mention in the many times between placing the order, getting the payment and the subsequent e-mails that the product was not available.So, I asked for a refund and they asked for my bank information which I provided. More days have passed and I have yet to receive a refund and ironically that same product is still on their website despite not being available. I would strongly recommend to avoid using this website.

Had a rough experience with Shophive and there is plenty of room for improvement due to its lack of trained staff and management. The quality of service needs alot of improvement.

Got dell- inspiron 15- 7000(7570). It was repacked and had fingure prints on the keyboard and on screen. Even they place a branded seal in the box.If they say that items and checked and later packed again, they should not use seal and say that the item is company packed. Later my transaction was void.

Prices for their listed products are normally higher than the market and varies from product to product. Ive witnessed almost a 2000 to 4000 rs margin in every product. You will merely see any product with the same price as in the market. Is not recommended. Whats the purpose of online shopping? It just kills it if you are paying 2-3k up the actual price knowing it.

My experience was okay but items here are more expensive than Daraz. A friendly advice do not buy items that dont have warranty because either they are defective or refurbished.

But when you again go to actually get the item they change everything and to top it of, they dont even admit their fault and argue with the customer.I am surely not going back to this place again. Sorry to say, but quite a worst customer service I have ever encountered. No reply whatsoever on emails after ordering a product. Ordered it on 5th July, till today no response whatsoever regarding delivery...order was initially pending state, then on hold till today...no other option left...so sent an email to cancel it...if they ever gonna read it....extremely disappointed...

They do have actually good and original stuff but i am just not happy about some of their prices are so strange. For example optimen supplement is around 4,000 pkr but on their website it says 11,750pkr. This is ridiculous.

Terrible customer service. Have called them 4 times today trying to buy a nexus 5x. Each time they say theyll call back in 10 mins and they havent done so once. And their attitude suggests that they r doing me a favor instead of me choosing to buy from them.Also i bought my previous phone from them (a nexus 5) in the summer of 2014, shortly before moving to canada for a couple of years. When i tried to activate my phone over there they told me that the phone had been purchased in canada on contract and had been shipped to pakistan without being completely paid for (or, in other words, that the phone was stolen). I therefore could not activate my phone at all in canada or the US. It worked fine in pakistan, but because of the jailbraking that had been performed on it, it would not run 3g or 4g even in here.In short, shophive used to be a decent service but in recent years their standards have really dropped, especially their customer service. Stay away from them if u want a pleasant customer experience.

Works like a proprietorship running at Nisbat Road, no price uniformity. Sent me a lens worth 220,000/- with serial numbers mis-matched on the lens, box and the warranty card a year ago and the issue still remains unresolved.No good experience with these guys !

Never buy anything from them, they will say 100% original but their products are not, i bought a Macbook Pro charger from them for 10,000 and they said it was Genuine, however it only lasted 1 month and i later found out that it was a 1st copy.
