AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!I feel pity for anyone whose Orient AC breaks down and they make the huge mistake of getting it repaired by Orient’s so called repair centre.My DC inverter broke down nearly 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been fixed. An obese man called Zaheer came to collect the kit after repeated calls and since then whenever I call for an update he promises to have it installed the very next day. At first he tried to sell me a refurbished kit as a brand new one to the tune of Rs.16,000. When I asked too many questions and an invoice to prove that it’s new, he starts making the excuse that new kits aren’t available and I’ll have to go with a refurbished one. I suspect he knew all along that there are no new kits but was trying his luck and hoping I’ll fall for his deception.I’ve complained to their customer care centre, the man supervising fatty ( Usman) and the supervisor’s supervisor ( Abdullah) and all keep telling me they’ll have it fixed the next day. Not once has anyone offered an apology or an explanation for the delay. Most horrific experience. I would advise anyone to first not buy such a substandard AC and if you do need it fixed, you’re better off getting it done by someone in the market for half the price.

Extremely disappointed with the customer support. Not only they behave rudely when you call but also make lame excuses. And dont talk about product quality, I bought a water dispenser and after 3 days it broke down.

Very poor quailty AC inverter after 2 year got kit problem i have 6 new Orient AC all ac have problem after 2 year when warrenty finish. Company charge 3 time more than market for repair

Worst water dispensers, i bought new one but its cold tab is not pulling out water properly and even some it gets stuck completey.

Pathetic poor service will not buy any Orient product any more. Rude staff bad service. I needed to get my AC repair from their factory but they were uninterested in picking from my apartment. Asking me to bring it downstairs. The driver misbehaved and said you should drop it by your self to factory. I mean what kind of consumer support is this. Never ever buy any of their products in future.

Filthy service.... not recommended for online purchase. i have purchased One LED online was to give Gift to somebody. after 18 days still dont know where is LED and no response from company side sent them Emails, finally cancelled my order. Company dont Deserve online sale.

Orient ACs are a waste of money, they would work fine for some time and then will start giving you trouble, when you need them the most i. e Summers and to compliment their terrible products, they would neither help you over the phone nor their service centres would help you at all.Companies like Orient are the reason that not even Pakistanis buy Pakistani products.I am always in a favor to buy local stuff, but wih this kind of After sales support..No Wayyy.Only trying to get hold ofconcerned person for more than 20 days now, made unlimited calls, messages on fb page and what not.

Orient company treats with its customers very irresponsibly, veey bad customer service. I have zero trust on them. They are unable to fix my complaint in 35 days, even are not replying. I will sue them in consumer court
