A neat little housing society, active administration and staff ... BUT the university in the society is a mess, having frequent very loud late night functions ... And there are some neighborhoods villas which adopted the same dirty attitude of having late night weekly functions playing painfully loud music. People call it noise pollution society.

Good Society with a lot of greenery and cool atmosphere. Roads currently under construction due to installation of new sewerage pipes. Beacon House University is also situated within the society.

Having good location about 400m from ring road exit with all basic facilitate available like electricity, gas, water etc. only roads are a bit narrow. Also price is very reasonable, worth to invest

Its a small, walled, secure and gated residential society comprising of 1200 kanal area. It is located at a prime location near Adda Plot Interchange of It consists of 4 blocks (A,B,C,&D). A& D blocks are located on left side while B & C blocks are located on right side of the Main Boulevard. It is adjacent to Beaconhouse National University.
