Its a residential area. Part of Seth residential system. This is bachelors residency. Its not bachelors hostel but it is apartment. Flats of this room are based on single room Residency, attached bathroom,and room size according to customers mattress demand. Sadiq Mansion has well furnished rooms. It provides t.v, fridges, mattress, air conditioner in summers. Its reasonable for living in a good standard. However, service is poor but rest is truly fine. I am giving it 4 out 5.
