Nicely developed society but the surroundings are very deserted. It would take a lot of time maybe 10 years for the surroundings to be developed!

I visited two time and observe wondering society with reasonable price. Everything is covered in it. Graveyard, Under ground Electricity, Water Supply, School and University, SUI gas.Most important thing is LDA approved society. And 2.5 km from halloki ring road interchange.

Nice society under development. Difficult approach. May be good investment in far future.

I have visited the society in Aug 2019. Development is slow. Access from ring road is about 3 s but you have to pass a local village. While on right side of village is railway line. Its on Jia Bagga road. It seems this place to be livable in bit longer time, may be 6/7 years.

A quickly developed housing society. Very easy approach for being only 3km away from the ring road.The road that connects it with the ring road is also wide and speedy.They have got technical approval from LDA so there seems no fear of loss

Most important part is,this society is approved by LDA and prices are very low. if you see surrounding are that is very expensive. good location. bright future

I visited there two time and buy a plot there. Its a good scheme. I hope and sure they build this society state of the art. Near jiyabaga adjust to LDA city and Khayaban e ameen. Hoping a good future prospects ahead.

Best housing scheme in lahore aproved from lda and owned 100% of land so not like other housing scheme they not sell the files of plot that not available on ground and price is fine if you see the facilities and the location of the scheme and above all of that the chairman and administration of the society is trustable and not greedy they want to deliver
