Over 100 years old big park. Excelent park in all terms with old trees of many kinds also having Masjid , Library, cricket ground where Pakistan played first cricket test. Park contain lots of small park children playing areas. Park also have two small hills. Its look realy natural park. Three roads touched him Mall road, Lawrence road, chamber of commerce road.

It currently houses a McDonalds franchisee and Cinepax exhibition centre. It also has a dedicated play area, lawns, fountains, flower beds and a jogging track stretched across the boundary wall. The park contains many good restaurants such as McDonalds papa salis and Diva restaurant. There are few cricket pitches and big COSMO cash and carry store.

Lush green grass that freshens the mind. Track for jogging and walk is also available. Some swings for children are also available in the childrens park that is a separate place within the park.

My own society neighborhood place. Park had Ups n downs. It started 30 years back as a rough place. But gradually our family and few other neighbors also contributed to its development & renovation. Now its not a bad dirty jhugi swamp area but a decent family park. Although timing matters and how u reach here by foot or vehicle. Take care and beware of few wandering people who look like suspicious but stay safe with your family friends so nobody would bother you. Its free of cost for a1 Gech society members and not for outsiders like cheap guys from Pindi stop, b1 and township market. Sorry to say technically they are not invited but etiquettes & manners are important to maintain the discipline of park.

If you live green gardens and birds chirping around... Its the best palace to visit in morning in week days... There are a variety of birds from small finches to owls and even jungle babblers... You can also spot fruit bat colonies ... It has its own theatre too .. on weekends its compact and filled up with families... Kids playing around people enjoying food. It looks very positive and give a sign of Peaceful environment. Very few people find peace in Lahore anyway lol. Young boys come to shoot videos for their scripted pranks and acting lol
