If you are a marketer than it is a good place to rest and have a lunch in leisure hours. You must lock your helmet or keep it with you otherwise it will be stolen.

Normal park is the only place to sit. There is nothing special here. The government has not put anything special for the people here.

It is nice place, but not very safe for babies. Normally the young guys play cricket and footbal here, which can cause problem for your babies...there is no proper sitting chairs...

This A-1 park shows a scene.of a swimming pool ( pond or filth depot is more appropriate word) in rainy season every year for many decades and some time with heavy waterfall, the rainy water crosses its banks of park to enter the nearby homes damaging properties and valuables and takes weeks to dry. During this period, flies, mosquitos, frogs and other crawling insects play a havoc to the inhabitants of nearby areas disturbing peace and other issues of life. People are stuck in homes and cant entertain or welcome guests nor can find a commuter in emergencies, God forbid if it happens to someone. No civic officials, councillors or elected representatives of the area, corporation i.e; metropolitan or cosmopolitan officials as they claim to be helpful and bound to come for rescue and who are with lots of bundles of budgets in their bags with full authoritative powers had ever bothered, dared to care for drainage system, other issues like easy access to and from markets to buy daily utilities, hospitals for emergencies, educational institutions, offices, attending Mosques for offering prayers five times a day, carrying and attending funerals of their love ones and many more of daily needs during this clamity. Pity on these helpless people, waiting to see someone come to redress and resolve these long awaited issues. Electronic and print Media who are active these days are requested to come a step forward to highlight these multiple problems being faced by the people of this A-1 park area. At the same time all the authorities are also requested to grant quite considerable funds to co-op with the sufferings of the people adjacent to this park in particular and overall area of A-1 block ( north side adjacent to Rana Rasheed road) of Johar town lahore in common to give a status and look of a civil society. Wish to be resolved soon.
